The current Get Over It stream is just painful.
Phil is blaming the fans for picking it, and also for having originally submitted it to the indies marathon to begin with.

Except HE included it in the marathon without it even being nominated because he wanted to play it, and he inexplicably put it in the poll for today. His fans are probably assuming that Phil wants to play it, picking it to make him happy, and then getting blamed. He has also shit on Swaggins a number of times today. Curious strategies unless the goal is self sabotage.

Slow and boring stream today, minimal contribution, Dave is mad, blaming chat to pick this "STOOOOPID GAYMU" and "NAHT INTERAHKTING WITH ME, REEEEE"

Anybody know why he adjusted the sub goal back to 450? I thought this month it should be 475, he never changed sub goal midmonth before ya?

Phil followed this up by stating that it was NOT Swagginz who suggested it.
The reality is that it was Phil, which is why no specific dunderhead is getting thrown under the bus...

EDIT: I failed to cap the chat during the earlier stream, but I briefly saw several people talking about Anony having been banned from chat. No specifics, just saying he was banned. I was away from Dave's antics for a while... does anyone know what happened with that?

On a separate note, I've been piddling around with seeing how many of Phil's subs actually talk in chat at all. Here's the count of unique subs (by twitch user-id, so it should be pretty accurate) for today's streams:

Actual subs who talked in chat: 82
Total Subs (via decapi): 383

Now, this is just a single day, but still. Damn.

He thought his salt would bring in more donors. But, he is just so boring even his salt is tainted and unpurified. Also, I think I said it before but, King's Wagon is either gonna pull through the king stamping his feet by feeding him more bits, or she's gonna leave him as the poo baby he is. I for one think the former but I also thought Vidar wouldve been with Phil for years soo

This is amazing. Banning someone for pointing out how absurd it is to not take responsibility for what you're streaming, and telling viewers "you realize you've seen everything you're gonna see tonight, right?"

What a fucking shit show.

Wagginz single handedly made this happen for Phil to play getting over it tonight, Phil just stopped the game and said he hated this game, so now he posted this............I think he is secretly the biggest detractor of all time

Phil's likely response:

"Well Okayyy, *take a sip*, let's make this clear, I didn't do this, some mentally ill detractors must have voted this game, there's nothing I can do, just like the tweeter saga just happened, people still talking about this, so let me sum that saga for you in one sentence:

I did nothing wrong, I did everything correct"

All this tells me is that he wasn't getting what he considered to be an acceptable amount of arcade tokens chucked at him up to that point, so, cue the mantrum.

When he's making $, he doesn't give a rat's ass what they talk about in there. He just REEEEs about other stuff.

Edit: He's also pissed off about the sub count tanking like a lead zeppelin. I forgot about that, means even less e-nickels.

He did this the other day too. It makes sense to count down the minutes if you have one of those cushy 9-5 jobs because you have to stay there, and when you can clock out you get to go home. Phil is already at home and he can stop whenever he wants, or go longer. Sure if he ended the stream early people would give him shit, but people are going to give him shit for dragging out a dead stream too.

Oh, you were correct. The President can not "declare war". I believe that person is laughing because the President is the Commander and Chief of the armed forces and can order attacks on anyone he wants up to I believe 10,000 soldiers without the senates's approval as long as it's under the premise there is a good reason(take syria for example). This day and age though, you can do a lot more without soldiers so it's practically an old "line" to cross. He needs anymore soldiers than 10k he has to get with the senate and officially declare war.

Congressional approval is entirely ancillary for waging war, war is something you can just Do and then get post-hoc approval for. In fact here is a list of congressionally approved wars, you may notice there has not been one since WWII and instead there have just been "authorizations of military force" which is completely different from "war" because the words are different
