So Chris was being talked about on 4chan with Mimms providing details? How did Chris/Sonichu end up on 4chan?
This whole issue of how the information for the ED page was brought together confuses me. There's no cohesive account of how Chris was discovered on CWCki, that I've seen. There was also the fact that Chris was handing out business cards which landed him a mention on SomethingAwful.

There's a good interview on Encyclopedia Dramatica with Jason Kendrick Howell, who created the ED page. It really should be archived here (I don't think it is). He says that the initial interest in Chris was based on his website, his MySpace account, and his DeviantArt stuff. This included his comic. It was enough to reveal him as a weird deviant. On MySpace Chris told the whole story of the Parappa contest and his conflict with Mary Lee Walsh. There were discussions of Chris on both 4chan and SomethingAwful. Researchers found the Tale of the Crazy Pacer. Based on this, the ED page was created. Mimms and Lucas became aware of these discussions. Mimms took the photo and Lucas uploaded it to ED. A few days later, Howell sent some of the fanart samples to Chris, who responded with the "masturbating and squirting" email, and 4chan lost its shit. The trolls clamped down hard and never let go.

As Marvin said, Chris learned the wrong lesson from the game place photo. He thought that if you take a photo of someone and put it online, internet "trolls" will, like piranha, mindlessly attack the victim. This is why he posts pics of people who give him a hard time, like the WM manager. He's kind of transparent about this expectation also, as he even posted text along with it, asking people to give her a hard time for the "crime" of saying "NO" to him and telling him to leave after he vandalized store property. It seems he can't fathom that if that were true, everyone who has photos online would be trolled (although he still thinks nothing of posting pics of himself online), and that it was his bizarre immature behavior that attracted unwanted attention. He also doesn't want to have unwanted photos of himself online, but it seems that he thinks nothing of posting pics of his "enemies" that they wouldn't want online.

Yeah, I distinctly remember first hearing about Sonichu in 2006. At the time, though, I just wrote it off as one of the many recolors that was being heavily criticized at the time.

So chronologically speaking, Anna was more responsible for the ED page than Mimms.

Chris tracked down where Howell lived and Howell was afraid that Chris was going to come murder him.

Howell later sent Chris vidya with a return label of a vidya store, but the package sat at the Ruckersville post office until it was refused and returned to sender unopened. That makes me think that once trolls and weens started sending the Chandlers crap through the mail, they had the post office start holding packages instead of delivering them to their house.

Someone asked about when the last time Chris had a bath. I don't know, but the analysts on the CWCki have noticed that he often is wearing the same clothing in videos made days apart, and at one point he talks about being unable to "access" the shower for a few days. Also considering his stench and greasy hair and face, I think it's safe to say he usually showers every three or four days.

In my understanding of Christory, someone posted a page from the Sonichu comic to 4chan, and a quick Google search turned up Chris's website, MySpace page, and his DeviantArt account. This lead to JKH making the ED page, and here we are years later. My question: Does anyone know what was posted to 4chan?

There were some manga volumes in the Megan Shrine, and he apparently read Pamela Anderson's autobiography in hopes of some pickle bait, but generally he doesn't read anything except Lego instructions.

He hasn't retconned their age, they just grew up (or should I say, "evolved"). Chris just cares about those numbers too much to let his characters stay the same age all the time as typical per comic books.

He may also be just trying to do what a lot of series did with the "Where are they X years later?" with X being a few decades.

My theory is that many of the characters in Sonichu, particularly the yellow rat himself, are self-inserts and so reflect Chris' life. However, Sonichu is also to some extent "real" for Chris and therefore very much set in stone. To have him suddenly become a trans-lesbian-tomgirl or whatever would be almost as bad as, say, if Sega gave Sonic the Hedgehog blue arms. Robbie, Christine and Cerah are not as important to Chris, and the Pokemon concept of evolution gives him a licence to make drastic changes without interfering with the Sonichu mythos, if that makes sense.

Presumably Sonichu has now fired Heather Inglesias for turning his kids into a bunch of queer fag preverts.

Nope. Goosebumps and a couple of trashy autobiographies, that's about it. Whenever he's trying to impress people with his literacy, he digs up books he was forced to read at school. Reading takes effort and he's got more important things to do.
