I find Dobson's obsession with "his friends" one of the creepiest things about him, really, especially in light of his recent attempts to pretend he had some form of actual relationship with TotalBiscuit. It's still creepy even if he's referring to people he's just heart of as "friends" in order to solidify his whole SocJust persona, but if he sincerely believes that he actually has friendships/rivalries/relationships with these people it's much closer to actual mental illness than the typical lolcow autism.

People that merely impotently tweeted "Hope you're alright" at Dobson when he insinuated that he might kill himself, while some concerned kiwi actually called the cops to check on Dobson.

These people are only monitoring them and trying to apprehend them because even if they aren't intending to be, these people are a pretty big problem for America.

If they don't catch them at the border, quite often they find their skeletons picked clean a year or more later. Most of the places it's relatively easy to cross illegally aren't walled up already because they're death traps. People who go into them with insufficient water often don't come out. Never mind that they also shit up lots of places like national parks with garbage and human waste and just leave fucked up, trashed camp locations. Or that it's not that uncommon for innocent outdoorists to meet a foul end when they get murdered by these assholes.

(Also somewhat ironically and semi-related, I recently found that more wall along the U.S./Mexico border was built during Obama's administration than Trump has built.)

I was about to mention the Sierra Vista mountains. No walls, only because if you don't bring a backpack full of water and travel a specific path, you're pretty much dead. Every year the Army trainees have to go up the mountain to dig fire trenches because said illegals also love to not put out their campfires and burn up half the fucking mountains.

I think the problem with Dobson is there’s no nuance, a refugee fleeing from their home country for fear of losing their life is diffrent from a economic migrant but if you want open borders you just treat every illegal immigrant as a victim.
