this is the worst part in my eyes, not only is a fruit dish with whipped cream incredibly unhealthy as a dinner choice, there's zero chance that what he posted is all he had. He's like a caricature of a fat man who probably legitimately believes that switching from pop to juice and candy to fruit is a step in the right direction, and thinks that posting a platter of sugar makes him look like he's dieting.

This makes me strongly suspect that he hasn't actually met with a physician (or even a dietician) to build meal plans or get an idea of what a normal meal looks like, and that's the alarming thing. He cheated to get the surgery and he's cheating afterward - realistically there should be someone along the way who should be at least partially accountable for this disaster, because it was obviously negligent to allow him to get the surgery in the first place.

Maybe its common for fatties to get pushed through for gastric bypasses in fatter populations, but seeing a play-by-play like this is just disgusting. The doctor who pushed him through is more irresponsible than even boogie.

Most of these disgustingly fat people seem to be southerners and I think it has to do with the traditionally more sugary diet these people have. This combined with crippling poverty and the rise of processed sweet shit must have hit them like an atom bomb.
