I'd say that what we know about him and the circumstances the girl was in make it creepy. Goldmark has all the power in this situation: the girl has no support network and is basically estranged from her family. She's exactly the kind of girl that sexual predators prey on: no one to turn to, needs a home, no money etc.

Also: a big hallmark of abusers is a concerted effort to alienate the victim from their family or any support structure.

It's not automatically creepy, but let's just say it has a high correlation with creepiness, and the fact that Tony is a creep, and is publicly acting creepy about it while virtually daring a group he calls "Nazis" to dox her just for fun, makes it a lot more creepy. Then there's his suspiciously specific denial of grooming her, which makes me think sure you didn't, Tone Bone.

And he even admits her parents think he's creepy, which since we already know he's a creep, we just now also know that even random strangers, upon encountering this creep, also think he's a creep. It's not just us, Goldnark!

If you have to keep a relationship a secret from family, it IS creepy regardless of circumstance. Also IIRC, during the jewario debacle, some of the people being groomed were also “of age”. I don’t know, man.
