Steven Harris Weinraub is her father, Nancy Cecile Hill is her mother, and Sarton Brodie Weinraub is her brother. Steven and Nancy were married in Staten Island in 1972. Coco was born January 14, 1971, so it's likely she was born out of wedlock in New York.

What makes her interesting to me is that the answer is both: she's trying to play the efame game, but she's so fucking dumb that her attempts to do it are insanely ineffective and transparent.
For example, take the stream last night. She clearly caught wind that the Ralph Retort (a stream she initially refused to go on because it didn't have "one million subs") was having a big stream, and she decided she wants on. Unprovoked she started texting Ralph demanding to be let on. But, in her sunblasted brain she somehow knows that people look down on that sort of behavior. So her brilliant cover story was to come on and say "I wasn't listening, but all MY FANS keep telling me that you all were saying bad things about me, so I want to respond." Of course, everyone else knows that A) no one was talking about her until that point and B) she doesn't have a fanbase. So in the end, she looks both even more fame hungry and dumb than if she had just been honest.

That's why she constantly lies or gets confused about trivial things, such as the vacillating between "OMG why are so many people calling me????" and "Heeeyyyy I wanna talk to youuuu, here's my number". She tries to do the traditional thot mental calculations for any given moment, but she's so dumb she can't put anything consistent together.
