Regular people like the ones who are doing video editing for advertising agencies don't even blink at the notion of authenticity being one associated with actual authentic women. Even people who know better than to say so in front of a trans person still think of it that way. And that's what stings so bad for inauthentic pseudo-women like Fire: it shows that, at best, the normal world is paying lip service to people it pities as being damaged wannabes, not recognizing the authenticity of their grotesque parody of womanhood.

It would explain a lot. Beauty boxes were my guilty pleasure for a while and you do end up with a lot of stuff which isn't suitable for you. Massive FB groups exist for people to swap/sell unwanted beauty box products, though, not to mention that binning them is an alternative.

We have a beauty retailer here whose slogan for the last couple of years has been "We're 100% Woman". Their ads use "Girls, Girls, Girls" as background music. Strangely enough, there's been no bleating from genderspecials. You'd think enbys would be stamping their feet about "the gender binary".

And ffs, multi-tasking is an essential requirement in any kind of personal care role. If you can't multi-task then you can't carry out the core requirements of the job. No matter what your disability, they're allowed to fire you if you can't carry out the core requirements of the job. "Reasonable accommodation" doesn't require them to allow you to do less than your fellow workers.

No, that's called "Not being able to do the fucking job, and your boss is sick of your bullshit excuses why."
What I find really hilarious is that he admitted he was incapable of doing the job, yet somehow expected his supervisor to accept his excuses for why not. Maybe he can't multi-task, or maybe he's shit at prioritizing and time management. Maybe he just slacks the fuck off because he's lazy, and fails to get things done. Whatever the reason, it sounds like he whined about how haaaard it all was and expected to be taken seriously.
And of course, he had to walk off the job. He didn't choose to; he had to. Totally not his fault, guys. Right.

We've seen how disorganized and disordered Richard is in everything from his sexual identity and practices to his living conditions to his psychological health to his physical appearance, so it's no stretch to think that his job performance is similarly disorganized and disordered.

Good chance it’s totally made up but I could also see Fire constantly making dramatic comments about how maternal he is, bemoaning not being a mother because he would be so good at it, loves teaching children etc.... basically just saying shit to reinforce how totally female he truly is and such a natural for a care taking job. When he was constantly overwhelmed by a mere 10% of what a typical mother handles at any given moment the boss threw it back in his face because she had listened to his endless bs about being so maternal.
Remember Fire has whined online about how he won’t be able to have children so I could see him droning on about this at work with older women - thinking he was impressing them with his maternal instincts.
Fire can’t even take care of himself so hiring him to take care of others eight hours a Day is rather ironic and a bad idea.
