It really shows that he only started using his "wrong game speed" excuse on the second day/stream of him playing ST.
On the first day, he was winning like 80% of his matches and only complained about the "supposed" lag of 3rd Strike.

The whole game speed thing only emerged on day 2 after he got his ass beat like 10 times by the same Ryu player.

This shit seriously just triggered me, this is why people can’t stand you dave. He’s gonna sit there and make baseless claims about every person that beats him online to try and save face in front of his mental fanbase, never seen a grown man so unable to cope with a loss in a game.

Just watched Mrhuths video and the very first round he wins and is getting a big dick, then the second he loses that next round and has to go to game 3 it’s nothing but excuses. He doesn’t even try to hide how much bullshit he’s full of. If he ain’t winning the games broke or the other person is somehow cheating.

Anyway, in the WiP, he asserts his side of the story about LTG again. He also shits on EA and refuses to cover their E3 conference on Saturday (It's always his day off with his girl! Even though this is only recent...). He speaks as though they did this to fuck him specifically.

The new sub goal (which may be 475, but may also be 450 instead) is for a "Rageathon" where people will nominate games that they think will make Phil rage. He mentions 'Scarface' as the type of shit that people would drag up. If his fans have a brain between them, they'll use this to force him into SFV, or at least force him to take executive action to avoid it. But they won't.

Then he concludes with my favourite portion where he tells everyone that he needs screen templates for E3 (including a 'podcast style template' for a speshul edition of Hate Live, where he will tell us about secret behind the scenes stuff, including how things are going with Kat). He gives a list of templates that they need, then says if someone could whip those up for him, that would be great. Sloth, sloth is massively strong.

Isn't it the same as last month where he have 30-50 gifted subs? Phil might spike above 450 but once those gifted subs runs out he will be back down below 400.

He had 35 gifted subs in May. Thing is, he set the goal to 450 concurrent subs, so all that would need to happen is to hit the 450 mark at any point, even if it proceeds to immediately drop down again. He's at 433 right now, so 450 is doable, but at that point, there's not much motivation for anybody to sub above that. And of course, he's still trying to milk Patreon money by having the patrons be the ones to vote on the games. This dude is double- and triple-dipping wherever he can.

At this point I think the whole sub goal is just a way to get a couple of whales to drop some cash on gifted subs. It's been clear for a while (if not always) that Phil is not aiming for organic growth with new viewers being welcomed to the "community."

As long as the few people that give him hundreds of dollars a month keep doing so there's not going to be any real change in how he goes about streaming. I mean, yolodopper's cheers constantly baiting Phil into sperging can be funny, but all the same the guy has a $100 bit badge at this point. That's a lot of "trolling" at 25 bits a pop.

It really is sad how he clearly doesn’t care about growing his channel, and is conpelety fine with a few whales just doing the heavy lifting. You would think he’d be a little more concern that he basically never brings in new viewers to the thing that’s his entire livelihood. But It’s this kinda short term thinking that’s fucked dave at every turn though, so keep being you dave.

Call me mean, but seeing what happened in the past few days, its everything what I HOPED from the collection:
-He is getting his ass kicked by randoms and sometimes the CPU
-He online ragequit his two precious game, super turbo and 3rd strike
-Coming up with new, stupid excuses like "gamespeed" and "fightcade players"
-Saying he MAYBE play this once a week
-Unnecessary drama (with LTG)

BTW, LTG is back on twitch, so he better watch what he says.

Aside from the fact that this is patently untrue, at least for Twitch (and for Youtube too unless his CPM spiked up), this sorta ruins the "can't pay muh bills" narrative he's been trying to push, no?

@BrandNewDetractor , are you still a patron on the forums? If so, can you check and see how many people are voting in the Patron's choice poll? As of the figure Phil posted showing the current results, there's either 67 or 134 votes out of 140-145 patrons.

Yeah I still have access to the subforum even though I'm not a Patron anymore.

Currently there's a total of 71 votes. Half-Life 2 is leading with 12 votes, The Simpsons Hit & Run is second with 9 votes. AC Rogue, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, and FF9 are third with 7 votes.

Seeing that patrons can vote for multiple games, there's not a lot of patrons participating in this thing.
