Its weird. I remember during gamergate alot of people I knew on various sites liked to defend boogie because they had fallen for the 'poor me'/hes such a nice guy meme. I don't really follow boogies bullshit but it always seemed to me like he would self-deprecate constantly to either get asspats or fish for compliments or to get people to forgive him for stuff.

I'd almost consider him a smooth operator because he is good at that sort of thing and deflecting criticism and blaming others.

All I really know though is that during gamergate he flipflopped because he "just couldn't stand" the sides fighting or some such nonsense. He tries to act like an elder statesman or something like he is the respected and neutral figure who can solve problems.

Boogie had this vision of himself being the peacekeeper. It's worth noting he was decidedly pro-gg for maybe like 5 days at best before he declared he was neutral after everyone told him it was all bigots and harassers and he dialed it back to "w-well there are bad people and I don't support them!"

A lot of the more casual GG types were prone to Boogies neutral tweets when things happened but the ones more deep into the whole thing tired of Boogies antics very quickly. There's still a bunch who think Boogie's just very anxious due to his childhood because they just see him retweeted sometimes, and have not really followed the events since.

Is Boogie fatness starting to take over his brain??? A sane person wouldn't do this, even ironically so he must be going insane right?

I can understand his logic here, youtube is changing it's own recommending process so they will pick what videos from your subs will come first but alas, Boogie admits only 3% of his subs watches his videos and compares himself to pewdiepie"only gets around 1 mil per video" ( he gets +7mil per day on average btw), so how does this help him at all?

If his subs aren't watching his videos it's because they DONT WANT to watch his videos. Telling them to unsub then sub will not change that. This idea can only make you lose subscribers which gives youtube actual reason to not promote your channel.

Even in the hypothetical scenario where Boogie is right, it's still too risky to do this, a part of your audience will just read the title, unsub and never come back. I expect it to backfire so hard that Boogie changes the video title or makes a new video titled "Please subscribe back to me! I need subs!"

Reason number #5 his wife was “non sexual”.

Fat, unable to find his dick, the personality of a whining man child, and now admitting to teeth so rotten they fall out of his head, and he doesn’t bother to brush them until his 30s. (I know what that says about the rest of his grooming). Yeah, no sex was HER fault.

I don’t know what Dez was doing there, honestly. He doesn’t have enough money to put up with all that-she must be a real sucker (not literally) for the pathetic types.

yeah, that's engaging in the wrong way. It makes everyone freak out as Boogie moons the audience and ensures the stream he is doing is now not safe for work
