You see that's about the only thing that doesn't make sense with Duggi, on the surface from all available information Him that this operation would be kind of unusual to perform on somebody like Phil he seems almost "too clean" as in he's not got any form of political footing that would make him come across Troon ideology and even less to say he would agree with it.

There are far better, candidates for SRS in Portland than Phil one's who are far less rink in areas like postoperative complication, possible ethical breaches, and let's be honest loss of reputational damage when it goes wrong.
