It's insane that people think that's a good idea. It's not a vagina. It's an open wound that's shaped like a mashed and scarred vagina. Like dilation is literally just keeping the open wound from closing. It doesn't produce vaginal fluids so sex is dry as a fucking desert. And long term dilation is always painful and not fun. All it does is increase chances for suicide and makes the person suffer. I feel bad for him/her. I remember that reddit post about that transchick who regretted it.

This is literally the worst neovag I've ever seen. It looks nothing like a real vagina. It looks like what it is. The wound left after a ripped off body part refuses to heal. It's nothing more than a filthy, unwashed wound. It's going to get infected. In fact it looks infected already. What the hell is that white part? Pus? That little notch at the top is supposed to be a clit right? It looks like a wart. And I don't even want to think about the smell wafting from that thing. It can't self clean like a real vagina. It's just a hole in your crotch that you have to keep forced open with dilation because the body knows it's a wound and wants it closed.

That, combined with the fact that Phil has no discernible personal hygiene standards, combined with his no doubt failure to dilate as directed by after care, has no doubt resulted in this mess.

I wonder how much surgeon shopping / psychiatrist shopping he went through.

Shit if Phil did actually surgeon shop, just imagine how successful he will be doctor shopping for pain pills when the inevitable opiod addiction hits and hes going through full blown withdrawals trying to score another script.

WTF? Bullshit! A healthy vagina has the ability to clean itself.

I should clarify what I meant, when things happen like wiping back to front, or wearing tight sweaty panties for a while, or not changing pads or tampons often enough, that kind of bacteria that can fester isn't quite so easy for the vagina to clean itself, and it's fairly common given how many women get things like yeast infections or UTIs. Douching is a bad idea.

Believe it or not, there is now a method where they keep part of the prostate so that the "fauxgina" can lubricate with precum.

Great, now Phil can get laid without having to worry about buying lube.

See, to my mind, pickle inversion as sex reassignment surgery is a dead end scientifically.

They're experimenting with growing replacement ears and heart valves out of stem cells in tissue cultures. If they could grow an entire vulva, with labia, clitoris, Bartholin's glands and network of blood vessels and simply scoop out the groin and insert same, anastomosing all the appropriate bits in the right places, that seems far more logical than trying to customise it out of a cock'n'balls.

Everyone is probably overreacting, I don't think it could be that bad-

Jesus christ in a bucket.

Where the fuck do the trannyfails we follow get their idea of female anatomy? Granted I don't take photos of mine but I'm fairly sure it doesn't look like I stole it off Cerberus. That looks more like the pit of doom that passes for my bath drain. Including the teeth.

(I was going to say you lads probably have a better idea then I remembered some of you might not have HD monitors. Actually, that's prolly more of an insult that implying you'd never seen real fannies. Of COURSE you watch porn in HD, how very dare!)

Ps @Ginger Piglet Very true. Besides, I want to see the pix of a mouse with human genitalia growing off it. In fact, I want one as a pet.

so beautiful to watch our philthy turn from a gross man troll into a majestic gross woman troll.

Maybe he had the surgery down in Mexico? Taking a flight from Washington to there isn't that expensive (cheapest was around $250) and it would explain some of the weird things that just shouldn't happen in an American hospital
Like the comment he made about being cut off of his painkillers, him wearing his street clothes, and how botched the whole thing looks.
If he has a passport getting in and out of Mexico is really easy.
In fact mexico has a couple of doctors that do GRS, and the mexico transgender center has options for penile construction, intestine construction, and cosmetic construction. Their website is in english, and hell they even let you pay with PayPal.

Would Phil have the money to go out of network for this surgery? If it was done in Mexico it would be a hell of a lot cheaper.
Dude, no. Seriously.

Phil lives on SSDI (mental health tugboat), which means that even if he didn't blow it all on tattoos and takeout food and various trinkets that catch his fancy, he would still have no means to save up for GRS and the associated travel costs anywhere.

And there is no "going out of network" for surgery, because Phil is not covered by private insurance. His health coverage is through the Oregon Health Plan, which is Oregon's version of Medicaid. Because, you know, he's on disability and living in subsidized housing, and incapable of getting or holding any kind of job. He's a public charity case, who by some perversion of the system is considered competent to manage his own affairs despite that being manifestly untrue. He is not buying plane tickets to Mexico, much less paying for major surgery out of pocket.

Any one of us who have actually followed Phil and this saga can tell you this.

He did have the surgery at OHSU in Portland; that much, we do know. But there's tons of details about his experience that are weird and wrong, so when he actually did turn up as a eunuch, with a brand new meathole between his legs, we were all taken aback. A lot of shit still doesn't make sense (including the ethics of performing GRS on a semi-exceptional autistic man with conspicuously poor hygeine who has made no effort to pass as a woman). But no, he did not go to fucking Mexico.

I wish we had more information than the photo — SRS is extremely invasive, and there's obviously going to be a lot of swelling and ugly healing. Are we seeing him neglect it already, or are we seeing something vaguely normal? Like "lol stupid tranny that's not a vagina" doesn't make sense yet if this is just part of the process.
It's never going to be a vagina, no matter how well it heals.

But given the grotesque state of neglect Phil has always subjected his body to, dating long before surgery, I would not be at all surprised that he is simply incapable of maintaining the level of cleanliness required to avoid infections.

This is a man who doesn't wipe his ass, whose fingernails are always black with grime, who doesn't bathe regularly, and that this is all normal for him is, apparently, part of his autism. He has significantly impaired executive functioning. And while he might be able to follow specific instructions on a post-op handout, if those instructions do not include the most basic, no-brainer hygienic practices, Phil might not even think to do them.

And I'm talking instructions like, "wash your hands thoroughly and scrub beneath your fingernails before touching the surgical site or handling supplies"; "always wipe thoroughly after defecating, wiping from front to back"; "shower every day, ensuring that the area around the surgical site is clean"; "always use a clean towel to dry it afterwards, and wear clean clothing"; "always sit on a clean, sanitary surface while performing any post-op wound care." It's all basic shit, but as we've seen, Phil has never done the most basic shit in his normal, pre-op life. He has no good habits when it comes to basic cleanliness, doesn't think about it, and has never found motivation to be clean despite the fact others find his stench disgusting and reject him (in part) over it.

So I can see him ending up with a massive infection, even if he gets autistically fixated on following the post-op care instructions to the letter, because if the post-op instructions don't specifically tell him to perform the most basic, elementary, obvious hygienic practices that any mentally-competent adult of even low-normal intelligence already understands, then he won't do them.
