Regarding her garbage bag eco activism: ecologically the fast food and junk food industries are a disaster. The farming methods needed to grow food cheap enough for low-cost fast foods, the clusterfuck of the animal husbandry industries' impact on green house emissions and water table contamination, the fuel costs to transport all that food to franchises, the garbage fast food and junk food produce make biodegradable trash bags more or less the same as spitting on a forest fire. The single best thing Chantal could do for the environment is to stop eating fast food.

Being as fat as she is is a micro eco strain. Her car uses more gas, she needs lots of ac during the summer, her clothes require more fabric and wear out quicker, she produces so much garbage from letting health food go bad when she decides to binge. Losing weight and maintaining it would be a great help to the environment.

Chantal is not a bright woman and is virtue signaling in the hopes people may forget her recent outbursts but she is her own little wasteful dictator, supporting industries and keeping a lifestyle that do a lot of environmental harm. I don't think she is smart enough to understand the role she plays in eco-problems.
