I tried looking for that awkward picture of those two in a corner at a party, with June holding onto Grocery's arm, but haven't found it. However, found this screencap from an older blog of hers. I don't think it has been archived here. Long image.

I think this best shows just how concerned she is with conveying an 'uwu' image. Everything about it is so tryhard.

Oh god. I haven't watched their videos for quite some time, and somehow I get recommended this:

My best guess was that because I watched RalphtheMoviemaker's 50 Shades of Grey video, where he recommends watching Shoe and Armored Skeptic talking about the movies.

Maybe I'm late and somebody else posted it before (this was posted 8 months ago), but either way, UGH.
The constant unironic use of "normies" is just so laughable. It bewilders me that they both use the term so much, and think that they're somehow above it.

>What's this silly youtube tag challenge? Oh, looks like something a buncha normies are doing!
>Proceeds to making an entire video doing said challenge

She’s late to the party on this one. Diversity is fine when it’s not fetishized and that’s the only gimmick. I also see that she still uses the same shitty camera.

Back when I was really hardcore into the anti-SJW stuff, I never understood her appeal. Her whole shtick seemed to be, “look at me, I’m all cute and random xD.” She just never added anything to the table that I didn’t think of beforehand. Seeing her now, I just laugh because she tries to placate her critics, who will never be satisfied because they have sticks up their asses. She needs to learn that not everyone is going to like you.

Almost to 1 million subscribers, wow. I think she wants to get over that hill now by making these.....really low effort videos.

That one wasn’t nearly as good as her previous
Gotta milk those orbiters.
Talking of women who got that taste of e-fame take a look at catiewayne's final YouTube video if you want to know what they look like coming down the other end of that rollercoaster, it ain't pretty

It's funny because she thinks it's ironic.
Hahaha, we are such normies xD
*smiles in pretending to have a personality*

Well, the same shitty camera is her "gimmick." She's said multiple times that she can improve her quality, but she wants to make it feel like the videos are from the 2000s. I can overlook that, but the main issue is the fact that the videos don't push her nor her audience outside of their comfort zone. It's nothing but the same topics bashing radical feminists, soc justice, shitty tabloid writers, etc. And every now and then, one of her vids has a meme-worthy moment that somebody turns into a gif.
If she keeps pulling in a good amount of views though, it's hard to criticize her and tell her to improve, when what she's doing clearly is working.

What kind of annoys me with Venti's video calling her out was that a lot of Princess Shoe's uwu whiteknights kept calling Venti "obsessive" and a "stalker." Meanwhile, had she not provided evidence, they'd say she's full of shit.
Another typical case of damned if you do, damned if you don't.

I also didn't like how, because Brittany and June are both women, Brittany's legitimate criticisms of June were brushed off as "oh it's just girls being catty."

Gotta tard cum those orbiters.

I got exactly 23 seconds in. Jesus Christ. Why exactly did 4chong go apeshit for her and why exactly did June want to emulate her again?
Well the answer to that second question is pretty much in the first question, I guess.

I'm pretty sure she admitted most of the gifs of her out there are made by her. If not, she gathers them from her fans and publishes them on popular gif sites with tags.

This reminds me of the Ribbon Brigade--when you'd wear a curled ribbon of certain colors for various issues of the day pinned to your chest. (Is this still a done thing?) Whenever I'd ask "activists" wearing those ribbons what affirmative steps they'd taken to help contend with said issue, they'd stare blankly for a moment, then smugly announce that they were "raising awareness".

She's not interested in actually addressing the issues that anti-feminism (validly or not) raises, whether on a personal or a societal level. She just wants to use it as an excuse to get praised for "doing something" while not actually doing anything. She's pinned it to her chest; that makes her a Good Activist!

What I'm saying is, she's only anti-feminist because it means more people will stare at her tits.

I've never really seen June as being an activist. It's easy to assume that she could be one, but most of her vids are about "being funny" when it comes to "the feminisms, lulz." Same could be said about Chris Raygun*, though unlike her, I at least find his to be a lot more humorous. Also, his, ya know, content evolving and changing up over the years is something to appreciate... Though maybe that's just me.

All-in-all, I agree with how it's exceptional for her fans to inflate her ego and prop her up as educational or being some sorta activist or advocate (same with Greg, and some other channels out there). She's more or less an "entertainer." She may bring up some decent points every once in a while in her videos, but she's not going to be acting as some intellectual heavy-weight if she ever has to debate with a feminist in person. Also, keep in mind that the things she's criticized other people for, she can't even abide by herself.

>Jokes about Steve Shives or Leslie Jones blocking everyone on Twitter over nothing.
>Proceeds to do exactly that.

*While I like his vids, I am recently disappointed in him after hearing about his opinions on the Maddox vs Dick situation.

When I've had one of those ribbons and was asked something like that, I just answered honestly lol I just have it because everyone else at work does and I didn't want to be the one dick who didn't donate a dollar. Sort of like why you might join the lottery pool even though you consider the lottery an idiot tax.

I wish more people were like you, man. :semperfidelis:
