I can't tell if I am seeing reality here because I think knowing how she eats makes me imagine her growing fatter but does anyone else look at this picture and think she is visibly smaller here? Like at least thirty to forty pounds lighter than she is in her most recent video. We are literally watching this woman eating herself to death.
Don't get too hung up on the fact that she is eating specific foods as opposed to eating all foods. A drug addict generally specializes in abusing specific drugs. Sometimes you find one who treats all pharmacology like a cafeteria or buffet but generally they stick to a handful of drugs that help them achieve the feelings they need. A cocaine addict may take benzos to help come down but never touch heroin. A heroin addict may only take variations in opiates and never touch Xanax. But those people are still addicts as much as Chantal is an addict even though she doesn't binge on genuinely healthy food. Misusing all the drugs and gorging on all the foods isn't what defines the addiction. The resulting dependency is what defines addiction.
It's the way the brain rewires itself to experience pleasure when subjected and exposed to certain pleasant stimuli over and over again. Oat bran alone doesn't cause your brain to release the same endorphins as simple carbs and high sugar. Her brain has come to expect the fried food, high carb, pasta, gooey pizza high and without it she likely feels lethargic, nauseated, enervated and cranky, if not angry.
Can Chantal eat a diet not filled with the bullshit foods she eats without experiencing extreme misery in her body and mind? Can she eat a nice chicken Caesar salad and get full and stop or must she continue eating until she eats the foods that feed her specific addiction? Can she stop eating when she intellectually knows she has had more than enough of even garbage fast food or does she have to keep eating until she reaches that high, which becomes harder and harder to reach and requires her to eat past the point of comfort. And when she finally reaches it it probably does have a component that feels like sexual relief, hence all the noises and groans and orgasm-like faces she pulls.
This is why so many people who get gastric bypass surgery exchange addictions. Their brains demand that food high and if they cannot stretch their stomachs quickly enough to eat away the surgery they become drug addicts or alcoholics, compulsive shoppers or sex addicts. Chantal shows elements of shopping addiction as well. She is a classic addict.
