Dave whining about his 'bad luck' has always been one of his more absurd hot takes, on two fronts.

One, because 99% of what he puts in the 'bad luck' category is stuff that is 100% his fault but he has managed to spin as happening TO him instead of BECAUSE of him. And, two, this dood has the most ridiculous GOOD luck of anyone I've ever seen! How many people would have made it through and survived, like the proverbial cockroach that he is, the insane amount of scandals, gaffs, and horrible, horrible 'business' decisions that he has?? The guy operates on nothing BUT pure luck! From his inexplicable fortune in having the absolute most mentally deficient fan base that will repeatedly throw hundreds of dollars at him for things that are the thinnest, most transparent of lies, to how he has weaseled around his suspensions, channel shutdowns, and on and on...

One of the more blatantly disgusting things about him: his ability to be so unappreciative of the fact that he has what he does when he's done nothing to earn it and done everything to sabotage it, yet it still all stands. Dude is fucked in the head...
 
So he said there is an issue coming up. I think it could be 1 of two things.

1. Leanna's family suing him for money. Could be related to her health scare or just for some other reason. Ambulance rides are actually very expensive.

2. The HOA making him help pay for the fire damage on CT condo.

How many times does he have to explain that every time he is a dick, has ever been a dick, and every time he will ever be a dick, it's just his Muh Depreshin making him do whatever the dick thing was, & from Thursday on, if you make fun of him for any & all lawlcaw behavior, ever, you're actually uneducated or sociopahthic for making fun of mental illness. I don't think it is anything that big, otherwise Phil would have complained about it now. Something like condo costs he'd be more than happy to publicly complain about, arguing it wasn't his fault, he's not even in the same state etc. He's not exactly shy about shitting on Leanna now, not to mention it seems like such an incredible stretch her family would randomly decide to sue him now.

Whenever he builds up drama like this, it's usually for something that is ultimately pretty vanilla, and solved by money. If he needed an immediate payment, he'd be talking about it right away, not dragging it out to build up hype. I bet it has something to do with his recent depression, maybe he's trying to justify another staycation because the stress is too much and he works so hard every day, so it would be nice if he could get a week off and go somewhere after years of producing quality content and never taking time for himself etc.

It is a little interesting how Leanna has been completely radio silent, during and after the break up. Even when he randomly shits on her for no real discernible reason (LEANNA RUINED MY SLEEP CYCLE DOOD) she has yet to retaliate in any way other than posting a THOT picture. Curious as to why she would just take so much shit from Phil, other than maybe knowing she will be swept up in a tidal wave of autism if she does do anything....or the plot is thicker than italian sauce and there is some sort of issue behind the scenes with Leanna.

Maybe there was a call for Phil to pick Leanna up and he told them to leave her in a corner, so they opted to get a ambulance instead.

Honestly, the way they broke up, the way he didn't give a fuck on her in the last months of their relationship (remember the off-screen voice of Leanna when she told Phil she "was meeting "him" at three (?) o'clock", what looked like a (last?) attempt to see if he "still" cares for her by making him jealous and all he cared for was fucking dinner)... Well, I am pretty sure she capped all social media connections to the pigroach and doesn't look back at all. And since neither Jerome (if she is still with him) nor her co-workers should/would have any reason to give a fuck on the sociopath named Phil Burnell, why would she even know about his lies and rants about her when there is nobody to tell her? If she's quiet, then that's a good sign because it shows that she doesn't give a fuck about him. Which must hurt the shithead's ego so bad... delicious.

I'd stick in that Curse are reevaluating his partnership due to the recent Youtube suspension as a possible option.

Even if it was an error I can see him being a complete faggot over it to whichever poor souls email address he has. All the small shit that happens to him adds up and hes really not worth the hassle.

Wow. Well. I'm going to reveal something, something that I haven't revealed at any point during my time on the internet. I, too, suffer from depression. And sometimes, it takes ahold of me. When I posted those hurtful things about Phil last night, I was in a dark place and I KNEW better, but my depression said GO FOR IT. So I posted it. My depression made me do that. So I guess we're in an awkward position now where we're both just Depressed Posting and Philip and I will just keep going back and forth, not remotely responsible for our actions or words. To everyone else, it'll look like we're two massive assholes insulting one another, but I want you all to know that we're both crying for help.

BTW if any of you try to join in, I'll know you're faking it. I can smell when someone is being legit or not with their depression, so just don't even try it. Sometimes, it's just about me. And by some I mean all.

Curious thing about this is that Kat's day off should also be today. So she left her baby boy Philip downstairs with a bottle of gin instead of consoling him all night, whispering sweet positivity into his ear. I thought he was glad to have someone there to support him in these late night hours of need?
 
As someone mentioned upthread, these trolls do more to prop Phil up than not. The escort bit, copyright strikes, mod infiltration and now someone "clearly" lying about depression to bait Phil only add to Phil's arsenal "see, look how obsessed these people are to go after me!"

. . .I mean if the point was to demonstrate how hypocritical Phil is then sure, let's do that, however I don't think that was the point. They wanted to "steal the loot and leave a calling card" as it were.
