Anyway, he is sort of right. Scrooge McDuck first appeared in a Christmas-themed comic story where he was a cheap, cynical asshole. Then he evolved into a more sympathetic and three dimensional character over the years. Best seen in the comics by Carl Barks and Don Rosa. He is named Scrooge after Ebeneezer Scrooge from A Christmas Story and he is called McDuck (as opposed to just 'Scrooge Duck') because he is Scottish.

That being said, I have read A LOT of Scrooge McDuck and Donald Duck comics in my life. I have an entire shelf in my living room dedicated to paperback reprintings of old classic Scrooge McDuck comics. I have NEVER seen a panel or a scene where Scrooge is portrayed 'stereotypically Jewish'. What is he even talking about here? Is it because he is rich?

I think the fact that Blob thinks that any fictional character who is wealthy is an antisemitic hate-caricature says a lot about his own prejudices.
