He's definitely lost some decent amount of weight over the past few months, you can tell by how rapidly he appears to be aging due to losing the blubber. But he's not losing anywhere near what he should be considering the surgery he's had done - I bet he's still eating to the limits of his smaller stomach many times a day. He keeps saying that it's just his stomach that's stopping him gorging, which means he's still not addressed the actual mental part of an eating disorder and is firmly in denial about it; can't wait for his stomach to start expanding and him to be back where he started, or worse.
