So a 5 to 10 year old child using imaginary friends to cope with extreme social isolation is pretty normal, but a 30 year old doing it is fucking embarrassing. The fact these "friends" are/were real people - real fucked up people - is either sad or hilarious, I'm not sure which. If Stephanie wasn't such a shitty person I might feel guilty for laughing.

If this is just a really long, involved con to push through a disability claim and avoid working, I'm almost impressed. This whole trans thing is beyond bizarre, and I thought it was a troon til the hysterectomy thing (assuming that actually happened). If everything happened as said, here's my take so far:
- she was born a she, but with a narrow/shallow vagina and a massive hymen making penetration difficult and painful, either for sex or tampon use. I'll try to find that reference tomorrow, it's late.

-there was surgery to correct this hymen thing, which was when the inaccurately/idiotically claimed vagina thing was discovered. She's a sped, it's not shocking that she can't get this right. There's been plausible speculation , but we don't know unless someone gets her medical records.

- she now claims intersex for made up reasons, hates men, but only has sex with queer men (while being a woman), who happen to be ghosts. Oh, and she has kids with them, and was raped (but she keeps claiming to be a virgin).

I don't have anything else at the moment, but it's late. Last thing before I go, who do y'all think passes better as a woman: Dave Muscato or Steph? Conversely, which one passes better as a man?

I agree with you. The operation is highly invasive and always the last option due it's complications and effects it has on lifespan and whatnot else. If she had some long term complications it would make her have more issues than what she started with. Hence hysterectomy seems a tad over the top, and sort of unrelated to the issue. When it comes to endometriosis (and why not everything else too) I do think they should've done scans which she should've overshared which she did not.

Like if they wanted to better her quality of life, they'd still have to operate on her vagina on top of having her uterus (and an ovary?) removed. She makes it sound like they just plopped a vacuum in there and look I'm not a surgeon but that's not how it works.

My mom also had a hysterectomy, a more modern, less invasive "robotic surgery" where connective tissue was cut, then it just... fell out, I guess. She was in bed with minimal movement for at least a week or two, high off her ass on tylenol+codeine. Sappy Sapphy shouldn't be nearly as coherent as she is, unless she's making her poor dad type this shit up for her.
