Oh man. Just caught up with this thread... There is a lot to unravel here.
So a 5 to 10 year old child using imaginary friends to cope with extreme social isolation is pretty normal, but a 30 year old doing it is fucking embarrassing. The fact these "friends" are/were real people - real fucked up people - is either sad or hilarious, I'm not sure which. If Stephanie wasn't such a shitty person I might feel guilty for laughing.
If this is just a really long, involved con to push through a disability claim and avoid working, I'm almost impressed. The obesity is just a back-up plan... or she's telling the truth about everything, and she's not actually even fat, she's just been pumped full of ectoplasm :horrifying::horrifying::horrifying:
Really though, if getting a job, interacting with actual people and losing some weight would solve all of your "medical" issues then you're not disabled. I'm really curious about her parents, from what little we see I'm guessing they have a Borb dynamic (indulgent mother, defeated father) but who knows. I'm always interested in the path that leads to such glorious lolcowdom.
The trans thing confuses me. So she's saying she's trans but isn't even actually trans? Is she trying to say she was born with a dick then, or not? Was she born with an invisible ghost dick? The more I read the less sense it all makes.
Anyway, tldr, Stephanie is fat and no one including serial killer poltergeists would have sex with her
