Her awful skin. She got the shit end of the stick as far as native central American (not Spanish) skin goes: rough, lumpy and thickened.
Her diet is not helping her skin either, and she's very apple shaped which is the most unfortunate body type. Even if she ate normally and didn't wear clown costumes and bad drag queen makeup, she would be an unfortunate looking woman.
Her skin is actually SCALY around her mouth and in her cleavage, how is this even possible???

Christ, she looks bad. You can see how bumpy and blackhead-studded the bridge of her nose is.
The bumps on her chin look like keratosis pilaris, though it's unusual to see it on someone's chin like that. If it's on the face, it's usually on the cheeks and/or forehead. I can't remember if she has PCOS, but more active hair follicles on her chin might explain that pattern.
Keratosis pilaris is sometimes due to food allergies (which may not be severe enough to cause gastric distress, and thus otherwise go undetected). I know one person who was plagued by KP on her arms and chest from early childhood, only to have it disappear when she gave up dairy, and it reappears with a vengeance when she consumes mīlk in any form. But Virgie's not about to give up any sort of food (except maybe salads) to improve her health and/or appearance. And, let's face it; she's still going to look like a dump truck even if she had perfect skin. Which is fine; in her case, I'm glad her exterior is as corrupt and repulsive as her personality.
The few bumps in her cleavage (and perhaps even some of the ones under her second chin) could be skin tags; they're more likely to form in crevices where skin rubs against itself, and are common in obese people.

Besides for trolling purposes, why would anyone with an ounce of dignity put on a crass shirt declaring they are fat? These women don't love themselves, they're telling the world "Yeah, I know, but I don't care enough to fix it so here I am wallowing in it." When someone chooses a shirt that calls them a "fat bitch" they've allowed themselves to be labeled with insult. You can't love yourself and insult yourself. There's a difference between this and self-deprecating humor.... mainly that this is trying to be empowering and not funny.
