I decided to post this here instead of a dedicated thread on him because it would be mostly him sperging over CG and CGers (mostly Zack).

I know glass houses will come up and I'm looking at some breed of gnome but it'd be interesting if someone tallied up the percentage of the Woke crowd who either is a white guy or was born a white guy, maybe another that'll include white women so we'd see the racial demographics. To be fair, this will be limited to be actually connected to the industry unless people also want to see the more vocal supporters as they're theoretically the people this direction "won over".

I'd be willing to contribute if anyone wanted to do that.

IDW Publishing’s Editorial Director of Graphic Novels & Collections Justin Eisinger threatened to kill President Donald Trump and threatened violence against his supporters.

Eisinger implied President Donald Trump should be taken to the guillotine and have his head chopped off just like they did during the French Revolution.

Eisinger is the latest in a string of comic book creators attacking Donald Trump and his supporters. Newly minted Vertigo Comics writer Rob Sheridan launched a vicious attack the President and his supporters earlier this week. He was joined by Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, who called Trump supporters “piece of garbage.” We’ve also seen people like Tim Doyle target comic book professionals Ethan Van Sciver and Mitch Breitweiser for their support of the President.

The comic book industry appears to be filled of people who viciously hate their customers that they go out of their way to insult them and even threaten them with violence. It’s vile and disgusting and should not be tolerated.

IDW Publishing’s Editorial Director of Graphic Novels & Collections Justin Eisinger has either deleted his account or at the very least deactivated it following his violent threats against President Donald Trump and his supporters, which included threatening to punch someone in the face as well as threatening to chop President Trump’s head off via guillotine as was done during the French Revolution.

YouTuber That Umbrella Guy (TUG) was quick to make the call for consumers to contact Hasbro who is one of IDW’s biggest licensee partners. IDW publishes stories surrounding a number of Hasbro brands including Transformers, G.I. JOE., My Little Pony, Jem & TheHolograms, Dungeons & Dragons, Littlest Pet Shop, Micronauts, ROM, M.A.S.K., and Magic: The Gathering.

Tug explains why people should contact Hasbro:

“IDW has commodities that belong to Hasbro: G.I. JOE, Transformers. These things are Hasbro’s products. And Hasbro when they go out and let someone utilize it, they don’t mean at the detriment of the product. You aren’t supposed to go out there and harm Hasbro’s name. That’s why I say that you go and contact Hasbro because IDW won’t listen. And well if you want something to change well you can make things change. When you start contacting people within advertisement, when you start targeting that and saying, ‘Hey this is literally what these people are doing out there. You need to look into it. They are besmearing your name.’ If you give examples like that, maybe they will listen, maybe they won’t. But if you get enough complaints there, it becomes something where these people know there is a problem.”​

We’ve reached out to IDW to determine why Justin Eisinger left Twitter and whether or not he’s receiving any kind of internal disciplinary actions for his violent threats against the President and his supporters. We did not receive a response at the time of publication.

Yes, it was issue #6 if I recall. It could be argued it's not as bad since Black Widow wasn't actually dead but only Bucky and Hawkeye are aware of that so Bobby wouldn't know. They were going to move in together a little while after until the "boyfriend" was nearly killed by a lunatic at an X-Men party who wanted to get into a homo-erotic fight with Iceman. Decided he can't keep up with the craziness of the X-Men and broke up.

What's ironic is one of the things always pointed to for "Bobby was always in the closet" is being vapid and unable to maintain a relationship due to his immaturity. So they changed his trajectory from "Guy who needs to learn to be an adult" with immaturity being a character flaw to "The flamboyantly gay one" with immaturity being a "quirk".

If there's a word for the gay equivalent to "closeted guy who has to keep telling you how much he loves women" then it fits gay Iceman to a T.
