Anyway, he's shackled to YT because he won't commit to taking a risk or hit and properly focus on Twitch. On the other hand, I don't actually think he should because he does not have the capacity to be a good streamer.

Unless he completely gives himself over to muppetry, clowning and shilling. Which would only be entertaining insofar as the mental gymnastics he'd have to do to justify becoming everything he ever mocked.

Sidenote: It's his day off tomorrow, but Kat must be in bed already. He wants to maximize his time with her, but he's clearly NOT going to get up at even his normal time to do something with her.

He gets absolutely zero joy from anything related to gaming unless it makes him money. Just look at how he "reacted" to E3 news like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. The internet collectively lost their shit over the reveal, to be point that Ridley was trending on Twitter, and Phil acted like it was a complete nothing announcement.

Can I just point out that right before blasting them, around 14 seconds, Phil appears to be checking his phone. This is something that has notably increased in the last few months, and he does it constantly whenever there is a lull. Then he looks into chat and blasts them for not interacting. Phil. Get off your fucking phone on stream.

Holy shit Dave just write a fucking autistic Street Fighter book already and refer to the debate about which version of Super Turbo 2 is the legitimate one as 'your personal Vietnam.' My favourite part of his stream last night was a pretty underrated moment, but it really highlights how petty Dave is. Dude took his second break just before playing Alpha 2, and said he would be gone for ten minutes.

Of course, twenty minutes later, he's still not back. Eventually he stumbled back onto the stream, and someone in his chat makes a sarcastic quip about that being "a long ten minutes". Dave proceeds to chew this dude out, say he's lying, and claim that he NEVER said he would be 10 minutes, but rather 15-20.

It was such a pathetic and tiny thing to get assmad over. He could've made any excuse (took a dump, jerking off) to say why he was a bit longer and nobody would care. Not Dave, he has to always be right, and you have to be wrong.

Oh my god go fuck yourself Phil! Seriously. From one excuse or crutch to the next. "Can't play anything but AAA titles and new releases cause of youtube" Get a part time job dude. It would make your streams better. Less money stress. More interaction with people in the real world, meaning more to talk about in stream. More to bitch about because of obvious work stuff. It would actually lend some credence to his "I work my ass off" claims.

Ah, good point. Though this time he was doing it during a credit scroll. Also worth mentioning that Phil has previously claimed he is "checking the news". Which is unlikely because I find it hard to believe he cares, and the idea of him trying to be informed is laughable.

He has talked so much shit about Youtube that it's hard to tell where this reasoning is coming from. It's possible that he just really does not want to give up his 'double dip', and is pissed at the prospect that he might have to work harder on Twitch rather than half-assing it and having Youtube shore up the difference.

If you go by the way Phil usually operates (steeped in lies), all his talk about Twitch being the future, his 'new method' being great, and him calling chat 'his friends', they point to Phil really hating streaming. He doesn't want to have to deal with people and he dreads having to deal with a larger chat, more mods, and fans in general. His day-to-day issues lately aren't so much from detractors, but out of his chat, especially shit like the Alpha 3 loss yesterday where chat just bluntly demands something from him that he cannot wiggle out of. Views always bugged Phil, but the views were a 'yes' or 'no' in terms of content. Now he's beholden to people with voices, especially annoying ones because they seem to have the money.

Tevin has pointed out that Phil has a tendency to pull a negative chat post out of 100 otherwise positive or neutral ones. He's so insecure that dissent is all he is scanning for so he can attack it. A 'positive stream' isn't one where he had some good conversations and got money, but one where everyone in chat just nodded along and he got money. But at his stream size and larger, there is going to be some dissent. His skin is just too thin now to handle this kind of open interaction.

This really just shows how greedy Phil is. With all the bad talk he has done for YouTube one would think he would stop using YouTube entirely. But he can't because he needs to get as much money as possible.

When you really look at it. Coming from Phil's mouth alone he doesn't need YouTube since his twitch is doing well. But he needs that money. He needs to get that pateron money, then any twitch sub/bits/tips, then when uploaded to YouTube needs that YouTube money. The only person going against Phil is himself!

When he put that in chat I seriously thought it was some type of troll. Then he went off verbally on everyone. I was watching in Tevin's restream and it was hilarious. These people are in your stream, even though it boreds them half to death. Let them talk about whatever, because otherwise they might not even be there.
