If these people think that if an admissions board receives a portfolio on a student where their race is completely unknown and the admissions board will reject them if that person is black or hispanic anyway, that says more about these people's beliefs regarding the potential of black and hispanic students than it does the admission board's.
God, and the post where that guy meekly says he would disagree, but he's afraid of being banned... That's almost haunting. Or it would if it wasn't so laughably ridiculous.

Welcome to the Tyranny of Low Expectations, Cow Mengde.
As someone on the left that's taken issue with this bullshit in the past, let me walk you through it:
The institutional Left, in its gradual lurch towards proving that Evolution is a two-way street, has increasingly found itself embracing a patronizing and fucking contradictory ideology where various groups, according to immutable conditions largely beyond their control, are viewed to be inferior and ergo are simply held to a lower standard than others. This an avowedly racist practice - believing that various racial demographics quite literally are not as smart as white people and ergo need the helping hand - but the hard left, believing in equality of outcome, rather than equality of opportunity, continues to support it. As has been accurately said before, Affirmative Action had a purpose at one point - fucking decades ago, when integration was a thing - but it stopped having that purpose ages ago and exists as a sort of legal throwback. It is quite literally a policy that now exists to fight racism simply by holding white people and Asians to a higher standard. Who needs silly things like quality when you can have diversity?
A side effect of this idiotic policy is that it helps students that are outright inferior in terms of academics gain priority over people who have every single conceivable advantage over them in terms of skill and intelligence, forcing out people who have actual demonstrable talent in favor of low-ballers who skated by via virtue of being a member of a so-called marginalized group. Instead of getting the best people who have the sort of ability to push your technological edge forward, you get people who aren't as capable in the same spots.
It gets dumber. Many progressive institutions try to incorporate some or all aspects of this asinine policy into other areas, including employment, R&D, data analysis, and more, and the result, by and large, has been incredibly damaging to those fields. Many come to simply be used to craft ideological echo-chambers staffed by people who barely have an idea of what they're fucking doing, and, in many cases, have laughably inept actual qualifications in return for having the proper political and social bonafides. This is why you now have shit like the Department of Beyonce Studies given as much weight as a fucking engineering department.
The progressive movement embraces a future where you're allowed to be an idiot and have primacy over smart people if you're a so-called minority and have the right opinions. Welcome to about 20% of the reason the rank-and-file Left abandoned the Democratic party in 2015 and aren't coming back until those in charge of it are either fired or forced to commit ritual suicide.

To try to answer that guy's question, there's two reasons I can think of right off the bat. The first is that, when you think of the stereotype of the person most likely to be associated with the identity politics focused left, you think of a hipster type with a macbook and a social sciences degree. These people have no idea how literally anything inside their computer works, do you think they can make a twitter bot? The second is that a lot of people who actually have skill in tech fields are more classical liberals who like the idea of a meritocracy where people are rewarded because of the things they do and not because of their superficial traits, and this clashes very hard with the modern left.

I do not believe the contents of the website itself creates any sort of market place confusion, and is clearly labeled a ban bot aggregator with direct links to the original content. Perhaps I will add "unofficial" or "fan-made" to the page. @AnOminous am I retarded?

The creation of the LLC came before the creation of the actual website. It takes really no time to setup a fresh XenoForo installation, but they sat on it for days until those who were thirsty for EvilLore's ad-revenue could confirm their positions in the newly minted company (reee capitalism!!).
I bet you they still don't pay their mods.

Veterans of this thread will note that I've had some speculation on how many users their site's lost in the last few months.
Thanks to some graphs, we know the following:
* While they've maintained some pretty steady userbasing and traffic, this is a mere shred of the traffic they had when ResetERA got started. At current, the site's traffic and income is about one quarter what it was in October 2017. The actual consistent traffic fluctuates, but generally is about 20-40% of that number. As of July 4th, 2018, they have fewer hits per page than they ever have.
* Alexa shows some surprisingly positive results for them, but solely because they've only really been audited once, about three months ago, long after the free-fall plummet from October of 2017, and as such it looks like a straight line with the usual minor fluctuations until recently.
* Critically, Alexa's date shows that they bleed about 1500 users a month, presumably divided between banhammer recipients, dead accounts getting removed from the calculations, and so on. The account fluctuation seems to be coming from how well they're able to offset the bleed or not at the end of a given month.
* Fittingly, the site's reach is in a free-fall plummet and is currently in the midst of an all-time low.
* This is despite a significant increase in ranking in search results due to them being piped by friendly sites (Siliconera, Destructoid, Kotaku, etc). Over 70% of the traffic to ResetEra is via such piping (direct links on other sites), with Social Media accounting for less than 7% of its traffic and affiliate links barely over 2%. Somehow this has resulted in there being substantially more pageviews, but less pageviews per user. Predictably the time range for users on the site is also fucking awful.
Conclusions: ResetEra isn't doing so well. It's been having increasingly shrinking reach despite considerably improved traffic to the site, and that has a lot to do with its insane moderator staff chasing off anyone who dares show critical thought or an understanding of causality. Basically every other gaming site is doing better, with even NeoGAF doing better despite dramatically slashed numbers.

I imagine the stereotypical big bad leader in an action movie who turns around and shoots a henchmen when they show any kind of dissent or a lack of confidence, all in order to make a point to the others. But he keeps doing it even when the protagonist is also actively killing his men so that when he comes face to face and calls upon his hired guns for help, he's just surrounded by the corpses of the men he killed himself.
