that's a fair point, but for the time being, your average liberal democrat wants their HRC-like candidate and so if part of the base tries to go more socialist it will result in moderate dems "punching left' because they'll cling to whoever the establishment candidate is. excited for the midterms and 2020 to see how this plays out
