Do your end-of-month posts rely on subs being shared in chat? My grabs were only once every 15 minutes previously and I only see 241 sub increases. I'm thinking if I up them to once a minute they should be finding all new subs.Just a quick reminder for when Phil is pissing and moaning about MUH bills and MUH taxes and MUH tax attorney (especially around mid-September, assuming the 45 day delay on bits is from the end of a given month), he cleared just over $1900 in the first 6 days of the month.

It might be a good idea to make a "Here is how much money DSP got deposited into his bank account today" thread.

The “Know Your Customer” policy puts MCNs in a tricky position, according to Urgo, who said that it pushes companies to drop a large number of creators in order to continue working with YouTube.
“[It] in effect forces MCNs to either watch every video uploaded by their partners, or at least be reasonably confident none of the videos they are uploading could possibly either in the present or in the future violate or even come close to violating a YouTube guideline/terms,” Urgo said. “The way this is enforced is that if a network has more then 50 ‘abuse events’ (an abuse event is when a channel gets terminated or loses their monetization privileges) in a 90 day period they lose the ability to partner any other channel for a period of time.
“If this 50 in 90 rule is triggered multiple times, the MCN can be revoked.”
This probably won't be a big deal for people who can just apply to Youtube's AdSense partner program, but what about people like, say, DSPGaming who are banned from AdSense?
He got back in somehow. This led to the (unfounded) speculation that he had used Leanna's info. He would act like the world is ending, but it would be minor.
Ah ok that sounds like the best way to do it.Yes and no. I track all shared subs to get info on the type of subs (tier, Twitch prime, gifted, etc). I also grab the total subcount from decapi to get the minimum overall amount by assuming any non-shared sub is a Tier 1 ($2.50). Because subs are pay-at-the-time, I just grab it at the end of the month for the roundup.

He probably would’ve gotten the joke if it was about poop though....
To play that game unironically the whole thing would have to go over his head. Pretty much every villain in the game has some trait you could apply to Phil, the game is about shitty adults who need to get there comeuppance, and there is a seven deadly sins theme which Phil checks a few boxes for those. One stage is literally about a guy who views everyone else as a fucking ATM machine. It's was strange to me that he wanted to go back to a game that unintentionally exposes many of his flaws, but he would have had to pay attention to actually notice. His persona 5 gameplay yesterday was the stuff of pig legends, I swear there was a few moments you could trick someone to believe dave replaced himself with a cardboard cut out of himself, he was just motionless sitting there while the cutscenes went in one ear and out the other.
Speaking of that, he was blatantly speed reading half the shit in the game to the point where you know he wasn’t actually processing what was being said, there’s a difference between reading something and reading individual words.
But my favorite part was the scene following one where dave was laughing like a school boy over his own poop joke, the character made a dry sarcastic joke and the audience had laughter in the background, it must’ve happened 3 times and each time dave just lets out his trademark mating call ”HUUUUUHHHH? Wat are they laughing at?‽”
Like come on dave you’re a grown man, you either weren’t paying attention, or you’re that stupid a really simple sarcastic joke just went over your head, or you can’t tell when other people are being sarcastic. He probably would’ve gotten the joke if it was about poop though....

Or about racism.Or tits, or butts, or dicks, or dicks in tits, or butts with dicks in them.. I always have to remind myself that his process repertoire is limited to about that of a slow ten year old.
Nah. Phil the Pigroach has almost always somehow lucked out and escaped any serious punishment from his benefactors until they had no choice. It took Machinima years to realize that Phil was not worth protecting anymore. The only time Phil has ever been swiftly dropped was with Blip, and that was when he was just starting to do this as a real, mature, full time job. Phil still brings in the money despite the drop in popularity and increase in notoriety, so Curse doesn't have any reason to get rid of him just yet. Besides, Phil would be dropping hints that he's "nervous" about his "business" and he hasn't done that for a while now.Curse has been dropping You Tubers like hot cakes this week. What about the mini-arc where Dave hinted at some emergency which he isn't allowed to talk about right now?Phil would be dropping hints that he's "nervous" about his "business" and he hasn't done that for a while now.
I don't know. Phil getting an email saying Curse might potentially one day in the future drop him seems like the perfect ingredient for a 4 hour "I think the sky is falling because I don't think things through before jumping on Twitch to tell everyone the worst case scenario" emergency livestream, with cheers and tips accepted of course. What about the mini-arc where Dave hinted at some emergency which he isn't allowed to talk about right now?
Could it be Curse sending all their streamers notices in advance that some of them may lose the partnership?
