Anybody ever see that one film that parent groups made about the dangers of tabletop RPGs? Forgot the name but it was supposed to be a take on Dungeons and Dragons where one kid gets completely absorbed by the fantasy world and has to be stopped from inadvertantly killing himself.

Chris is almost like the kid who becomes too obsessed with fantasy to tell the difference between make believe and reality, but instead of blindly going into situations where he could die, he's pretty much being goaded on by shitheads on the internet who provide the external reinforcement that he craves - the kind that says 'no, he isn't fucking insane for thinking the sonichu dimension or whatever exists, other people know about it too so therefore it HAS to be real!'
