My sister loves it, but she said she wouldn't mind if the next season were the last.

Simpsons for obvious reasons, Pokemon because they finally looked like they learned something (last season?) were Ash actually was acting based on the experience he should have had long, long ago but then they made him lose over a retarded defeat, Water > Fire
The last one hurts, i got into the games from gen 1 onwards because of the Anime and left at some point during Orange Islands, they took my hopes and spit on them

There are some in that age cohort that like it. And they're as I sufferable as you imagine.

I know a 40 somthing year old who likes the show but they're stupid. So does it count?

I was a fan of both Law & Order CI (Criminal Intent) and SVU. I've watched most, if not all of CI's run, but I eventually stopped watching SVU when Eliot and other characters left the show.

I'm not sure which season it was, but the last full season I watched ended with a two-parter where Olivia was kidnapped and her colleagues frantically tried to find and rescue her, which they naturally did in part two. This in itself wasn't a big deal. The following season, however, she was kidnapped yet again within the first few episodes. Upon seeing this, I actually said out loud, "Didn't we just see this?"

With most of the long-time characters gone, I felt the episodes became too repetitive too fast and started to focus more on characters' private lives (such as Amanda Rollins' gambling or checkered past, if I recall) than the actual investigations. I immediately stopped watching.
 
I would say Adventure Time but thankfully it's in the final stretch. Stakes was the last I watched of AT.

Steven Universe too. The network and the crew have been super vague about the future of the show, and everyone thought Season 5 was last. It looks like there's not much more to milk out of it so Season 6 might be the last of it.

It's speculated that FiM is getting a special around Christmas and then ending in 2019 after the Season 9 finale, and I'd assume EQG is going down with it. It's halfway through Season 8 atm.

Grey’s Anatomy. Most of the original main characters are gone, the title character has the personality of a doorknob, has a #metoo subplot based based on an old man that died of a heart attack a few episodes before it, the newest interns include a : ftm transexual (who’s also a hacker because of course), a DREAMer that gets dragged out of the country, and some bitch in a hijab.

I kind of think SVU rebounded a bit after Stabler left. Some of the later Stabler seasons (10-12) bordered on the absurd, like when he had to infiltrate the animal smuggling ring. It had jumped the shark in a lot of ways, and Meloni leaving the show allowed them to hit the reset button.

Season 13, the first without Stabler, was actually really damn great, and a bit of a return to form. I honestly think Amaro is a better character than Stabler was, at least until he turned all edgy and depressed in season 15. I also think some of the Rollins episodes, especially the ones with her sister, are some of the best in the series.

The season that finished a couple months ago was low key fantastic with some really strong episodes. I was pissed they wrote off Barba with no warning in the middle of the season, but Stone has been a great replacement.

Honestly, the only real way to finish SVU would be to do a movie or three/four-parter where everyone of note in the history of the series (including the past DAs) have to come together to solve some ridiculous case. Just make it 100% fan service. It'll never happen though.

That’s still on? I thought it died in the 90’s.

Nevermind, I was confusing it with ER, the one with George Cloony.
