Funny you mention this. On All The Tropes, we have our own policy on YMMV pages that if you must quote a contentious opinion from a site like that, we try to include at least one more source with a more neutral POV backing it up if at all possible.

• Alternate Character Interpretation: There's a good chunk of Looney Tunes fans who percieve Marvin the Martian's behavior (elaborate plans, overly formal way of speech and Techno Babble, etc.) as evidence that he is on the autism spectrum.

• Ethnic Scrappy: Some fans see Speedy as this (in his early years), due to his tendencies to yell "Arriba! Andale!" and chase around his opponents not completely unlike a Troll. Granted, he's a Karmic Trickster, but it can still be pretty annoying.

Moe:

• Tweety is an early progenitor of this trope. Big headed, baby-facednote , eyelashes, Innocent Blue Eyes, high pitched voice, Baby Talk, ... which makes his outsmarting of Sylvester all the more hilarious to watch.
• Pussyfoot, an adorable Cute Kitten with Innocent Blue Eyes. Chuck Jones has discussed the efforts to maximize the kitten's sheer adorableness.
• Playboy Penguin, a Cute Mute baby penguin who brings out rare protective reactions from Bugs Bunny, quite against his will. Cry Cute also helps.
• There's a good chunk of the Looney Tunes fandom that believes Marvin the Martian to be this. With his small stature; large, expressive eyes (and no facial features otherwise); and quiet, polite attitude, it's not hard to see why.

And on "The Scrappy"

• A lot of people feel that Tweety deserves this title too, although his original, violent incarnation is well liked.
• Pepe Le Pew, not only because he is overly mushy but because his amorous pursuit of Penelope comes off as very creepy and/or gross in this era where Black Comedy Rape is becoming less and less funny.

Long ago, Fast Eddie personally called me and anyone who forked his content under CC BY SA thieves and his BS on that topic led to the rest of TV Tropes largely believing that, mainly due to inertia.

Well, turns out I found out someone ripped off my work which was original to All The Tropes, so I duly reported the plagiarism to their thread for that.

I got cursed as a thief, and to my immense relief, Fighteer decided to do the right thing and put that bullshit to rest.

Oh, THEY should know that Mexicans Love Speedy Gonzalez and many Latinos told the SJW's to GTFO when they tried to censor him for ~being racist~. He's a plucky smartass who always finds a way to win against the "gringos" Sylvester and Daffy even when the odds are against him, so no wonder he's popular in Latin America. He fucking rules.

Also why would Marvin be "autistic"? He's, well, a Martian. A sentient being from a fictional society that has completely different moral standards from Earth and shit. That's not being autistic, at all.
