I'd bet anything a lot of goths are very anti-true crime. Just like with the media blaming Marilyn Manson for school shootings, it does nothing but give a style a bad undeserved rap. I'd also bet the majority of goths are decent people who are as disgusted with murderers (and people who lust after them to be edgy) as the next guy. Totally going to enter a "No True Scotsman", but Stephanie is quite obviously nothing more than a poser in everything she says and does.

Having hung out with plenty of goths, the most goth thing about Stephanie is her interest in true crime.

Goths love that shit. Usually for most goths it doesn't go beyond a morbid fascination, but the nature of the subculture involves interest in the darker parts of humanity, particularly in death and murder, though shock value certainly plays into it. I might be biased, but the fact that they embrace these interests and are honest about it usually makes them pretty chill.

Most of them, however, don't actually want to fuck serial killers or condone murder. Same goes for metalheads, who also similarly get lumped together as Satan worshippers.

Check out this Throbbing Gristle track from 1979 about the Moors Murders.

Or this song by Siouxie and the Banshees about Ed Gein.

I could go on and on, but you get the idea.

Satan was never a fallen angel to begin with; that misleading information comes from another passage, specifically Ezekiel 28:11-19. It refers to the king of Tyre as a "cherub", but Christian groups misattributed it to Satan. Evangelical communities tend to disregard both the Isaiah and Ezekiel passages as having nothing to do with the fall of Satan from Heaven.

If you do your research, you will find that in the Quran and earlier iterations of the Bible, Al-Shaitan (Arabic name for THE Satan; shaitan refers to any adversarial force) is a (d)jinn named Iblis before he and the other jinns were cast out of Heaven. Jinns are regarded as intelligent spirits that are lesser in rank than angels in Arabic and Muslim mythos, which explains why he was in Heaven to begin with. IIRC, he was cast out because he refused to bow before the humans God created.

The other jinns were dumped onto Earth to do their thing and function similarly to the demons of Judeo-Christian faith. They are hot-heated, temperamental, aggressive tricksters who are proud among all else and love to lead humans into temptation through deception. While demons are said to bow to the will of Satan, jinns have no such leader and follow their own will.

All of this depends on the sect and the translation of the Bible being used. In many sects, "Satan" is a just a title that Lucifer shares with other characters and entities. Lucifer is not a name meant to be associated with evil; it's just Latin for "morning star" (the planet Venus), and it happens to be the name God's favorite angel had before he fell. "Satan" is a concept that this powerful fallen angel is supposed to represent, not necessarily Lucifer's "other name".

Iblis is basically the Muslim equivalent to Lucifer, with a few differences. My understanding is that he fell from grace because he wouldn't prostrate himself to Adam. But none of that has anything to do with Iblis tempting people; the "tempting" was pretty much a task Allah gave to him. Allah and Iblis never had a "falling out" like God and Lucifer did- temptation was a role Lucifer took up out of spite, whereas Iblis's job is to test peoples' faith.

:powerlevel: But this is pretty accurate lol my mom is the biggest true crime fan ever and she’s a pretty typical southern housewife. Ironically enough, all of the goth people I know IRL are in it for the aesthetic mostly and care more about gothic culture than goth stereotypes. I know one chick who is the biggest anime fan and memelord ever but she’s probably the most goth person I’ve ever met in my life, and her aesthetic is actually really nice and well researched because she loves the history of gothic fashion.

There is actually a pretty rich culture for goth people but Steph does this with every facet of her personality; she takes the most annoying stereotypes of every culture she is supposedly a part of and integrates it into her own personality so that she can be interesting and quirky.

I agree; being goth is mostly about enjoying certain kinds of fashion, art, and music. Steph just isn't very good at it, pimarily because she doesn't seem to give a shit about the culture or art much; she just wants her weird demon fantasies and serial killer fetish to be fashionable, lol.

She doesn't dress like a goth, she dresses like a Tumblrina. By her own admission, she didn't listen to "goth" music until literally yesterday (by the way, I like Lana Del Rey, but she's not goth). She doesn't even follow the stuff popular with goths on Tumblr, like Devilman or Hannibal.

You'd bet correctly on both accounts. Speaking from experience here: most goths are just artfags who like the aesthetic and music.

Also, most people have a morbid fascination with true crime, just not everybody is willing to admit it.

She's so genderspecial that she needs a whole Google Doc to explain it all. Plus she's got it pinned so no one has an excuse to misgender her!

I attempted to translate these and I already feel more autistic for it.

pansensual - sensual attraction to all genders, but no one will have sex with me.

propeest - i’m still confused about my gender and sexual orientation somehow.

aego- i like watching porn, but too scared to have sex.

wolandsexual - self-coined term to describe the feeling that obviously only the chronically ill/disabled can have when they are too tired or in too much pain from the day that they don’t desire to have sex.

cease - a built in excuse to not be attracted to your partner all the time?

paro - a label that lets me say that i like soft bird girl dicks the most :3

noeti - the outrageous idea of actually liking someone for their personality.

xum - i’m still confused about my gender and sexual orientation somehow.

cassgenital - an even dumber way of saying non-binary.

xenic - an even dumber way of saying non-binary and animal/plant/thing-kin.

hellgender - somehow has to do with a ‘gender originating from hell’ and demon-kin and satanism? even though these are all different things?

femminfernal - i’m a woman edgelord.

aurafemxenine - i’m a woman.

What the fuck is the difference between “sensual” and “sexual”? They’re practically synonyms! Ones only more of a descriptor than the other.

God I hate the mangling of language these idiotgenders have decended too. Half the time I think I can hear the screams of Latin tutors in the distance from their butchering.

I've always found it amusing how MOGAI genders/sexualities describe basic ass human emotions and the people who claim those labels think they're super special for having really common feelings. Like "queerplatonic" people not understanding the concept of a best friend or "demisexual" people not understanding that there's plenty of people who don't want to have sex with people they don't know/like.

But Stephanie takes it to a whole new level. Lot's of people find things fascinating/sexy that they don't want to actually do, like all those middle aged women reading 50 Shades, so "aego" is completely unnecessary. Like why do you need a label for "I am okay with other people having sex" it's not pertinent to you at all in the slightest. Everyone has times where they're tired or nauseous or in pain and they don't want to have sex so "wooland" is unnecessary as well. I guess Stephanie thinks everyone else is just constantly horny and willing to fuck no matter how tired or ill they are. "Cease" falls in that same idea. Sometimes people just aren't in the mood for everything all the time. I'm bisexual and sometimes I want to look at girl porn and sometimes I want to look at boys. It doesn't mean I need an extra label for having a preference sometimes.

"Noeti" is exactly how @80's Dad put it: "the outrageous idea of actually liking someone for their personality." A very large portion of the planet experiences this. It's called love, Stephanie. You don't need a label for it. "Feminfernal" and "hellgender" are just lame as fuck. But for someone who is supposedly not a woman she really likes to align herself with women. This includes "aurafemxenine."

When you cut out all that unnecessary stuff, "propest" and "paro" get dropped really easily because they're just "uwu I am so complex." "Xum" is stupid because of course you're going to feel dissatisfied with your endless search for the perfect label. Just take a basic, broad label and accept that every human on this planet has nuances to their feelings. "Xenic" and "cassgenital" are just extra speshul ways of saying enby.

The only label on that list that is even a little valid is "pansensual" but in her description she just describes what panromantic is. I've read your list Stephy and I feel I can give you a good, conclusive set of labels which describe your sexuality/gender but not your precious day-to-day feels. Here we go...

Asexual, Panromantic, Non-Binary. You could even go so far as to say "non-binary femme" but you're so anti-female (despite constantly presenting as one) that you would probably dislike calling yourself femme in a way people can understand.

Anyways that's the end of my long rant. She just has so many bullshit labels to go over. Sorry lmao

I'm surprised she doesn't have a gender label for how she feels when she's waiting for her hot pockets to finish in the microwave.

I honestly don’t understand why she is so afraid of identifying as female if she is so feminist lol, she already presents as female ALL the time, does she really need to be that special and claim that she isn’t? Doesn’t seem very feminist to me if she is afraid to be a woman.

I agree with the labels that you put to simplify everything. There’s nothing wrong with her being a pansexual woman IMO, but she has to have so many identifications for every little damn thing just to overcomplicate things and get special points on the Internet. I think it’s time for her to come to terms with the truth, but she picks up practically every edgy gender/sexual identification she can find and makes a huge list just to overcomplicate that she’s a pansexual woman and doesn’t want to have sex all the time (which is a perfectly reasonable and normal thing that humans feel, btw).

Nothing wrong with being yourself, but don’t pretend to be shit you’re not or that doesn’t exist, Steph. It’s time to grow the fuck up.

So in short:

>"there are two genders"
>fedora goes on a roll about HER sexuality

I often read of her antics in a sort of dumbfounded flabbergast that makes me wrench out thoughts like "she can't be that idiotic, she must be trolling us, she's playing us for fools". On a closer inspection there's a weird sincerity about her that makes me disagree on my own thoughts. Which winds up my flabbergast even more.

Hum. Personally in my experience, I haven’t seen much people convert to Buddhism for oppression points.

Also, as someone who is actually related to traditional Buddhists, I’d like to point out that this bitch has made her own flavor of “Buddhism”. For one, humans are generally incarnated from/ as animals based on how enlightened they are, not demons or angels. The whole point of a soul in bhuddist traditions is to go through as many reincarnations as it takes for the soul to become free of earthly attachments. This implies that a powerful demonic shape shifting feline succubus being reincarnated as a human is devolution :story:

Also, a few of the deities she claimed to have devolved from was Sekhmet, an Egyptian goddess. She also mentioned a Hindu goddess...which makes zero sense in a Buddhist hierarchy.

Bitch can’t even look up the basic practices and beliefs of Buddhism.
To be fair, the Buddhists have been appropriating Hinduism for centuries. Not very woke of them.

Incoming twitter dump from enby awareness day or whatever, buckle up.
Steph decided to get into a tweet war with someone who was saying there are only two genders, asked him if he wanted to kill her because you know, not agreeing with someone is the same as murder, and then posted this lovely tweet after he didn't respond IMMEDIATELY, proving yet again that she's the biggest attention whore on the planet.

GCzSJmt.png

The dude's response pretty much sums up anything that I could ever say.

Next up, Steph decides to sperg to Windows support because she doesn't know how to fix the camera on her laptop. Because she needs to take selfies so she can bless us this fine enby day with her luscious potato head, apparently.

ou7EO2Q.png

In the end she recycled some lovely fedora pics and a pic of her with black lipstick (although I have to say the smurf jizz lipstick has been my favourite look of hers thus far...), because of course she couldn't live without showing off to all of her twitter fans and haters that she's an EPIC enby who can block out the haters LIKE A BOSS.

eDlgk0W.png

Also, funny that she hasn't checked this thread to see that she'd been trolled about her flags, and she even goes on to thank @sarcasticslipandslide for making them more appropriate to satanic lore, so nice work on your part

FcEX5Gq.png
Also, somewhat unrelated to the gender politics but I think this tweet speaks for itself...

So she's nonbinary, NOT trans, and her webcam not working is transphobic? Microsoft has a lot to answer for.
