Can't move, and people are unable to move you. So basically the fat person pisses and shit where they sit or lay and after not being moved for a long time they get bed sores. The exposed rotting flesh, blood, pus and shit starts adhering to the fabric of the furniture and when their family is like "hey they are doing really bad" the fat person is too far gone. The emergency services cannot get them out of the chair or bed without ripping huge chunks of flesh off their back and buttocks. When body adheres to a piece of furniture this always results in death.

It's not always fat people this happens to there are a few cases of neglected, but normal sized elderly people, disabled adults and disabled children dying this way.
