Even with the context before it, Boogie essentially implies that he doesn't have kids out of fear that he would do something terrible to them because he knows he's a messed up person, but he gets a bit too specific for added discomfort.

While being a child of an abusive home can make one fear that they will end up becoming abusers, its another thing to get so fucking specific about it.

I don't think Boogie is a pedo, he's always secretly reveled in being a really edgy, fucked up guy. It's just that it clashes with the nice guy persona he's been crafting for the last decade. He also wants to blame everything on his parents so he has an excuse that he never started a family because of them.
