“what does any of this have to do with my flags”

uhh, they’re completely unnecessary and only serve to be shitty useless coping mechanisms for your abhorrent personality, not to mention that microidentities don’t fucking help anyone at all (even if they think it does) and make the process for dysphoric people a million times worse and more complicated (unless they have the confidence and bare minimum intelligence to know they dont need a gender to describe their anger issues or a sexuality to describe how their disability affects their libido).

as much as we want to believe not many people take mogai microidentities seriously, there will always be some desperate dysphoric kid that will think they need 50 different labels to feel comfortable with themselves when they only need one because deranged adults like Sapphire encourage that way of thinking. As long as she thinks its right, she won’t do any critical thinking as to how this system of describing your identity is probably the worst and most harmful, especially for a developing mind (and developmentally stunted minds which it seems like she has).

giving sapphire access to the internet was a mistake
She's like the next generation of parents who don't want to believe their kids are autistic, they're just "Indigo Children".

My partner and best friend both identify as nonbinary and have both said the mogai extensions damaged them in actually understanding themselves. They constantly feel like one label isn't enough and anything new they find out about themselves (relating to gender/sexuality) MUST have a special label for it. I had to sit down with them both to tell them it's fine to just call yourself "nonbinary" or just "trans" or just exist without these dumbass micro-labels.

Since, both of them have found it easier to just exist and be happy with themselves and focus on what's more important, because surprise surprise, the mogai shit makes everything complicated and especially for younger people who don't even know what's what yet. There is absolutely no need to sit at a computer all day and label every tiny part of your identity

Quick point on the CBT therapist tweet- there are different types of therapists out there, and i recently found out myself that there are a range of people you can be seen for your issues. Someone "trained in CBT" is basically a counsellor with some extra training, they don't need to be a psychologist to get that training.

Powerlevel, but ive seen both a CBT therapist and a psychologist for CBT treatment, and the latter has been way more effective. It's one thing knowing how to give CBT, but its another to know the inner workings of the mind and what processes lead to things like anxiety. So, just because you're seeing someone "trained in CBT" doesn't automatically mean you're getting better. CBT is a two way thing, a good therapist is only half of it. You yourself have to be committed to using the methods you are taught and willing to learn about your unhealthy thought processes. Obviously it is commendable for anyone to get help with mental health issues, but with the way Steph conducts herself and how she talks about her so called conditions make me feel that she isn't really using her therapy well lol. You can't just say oh my symptoms are acting up; when that happens, you need to actively challenge the thoughts and attempt to stop yourself from getting paranoid etc. Its not easy, but it has to be done.

And, some advice, don't assume just because people here talk about what you yourself have posted, that we all just think that list of ailments is funny. This thread literally just compiles things that you have posted. The ask you got was right, no one is stalking you. Your twitter/blog is public, if people read it then its not stalking. If people were going full Drakenlordt and coming to your house on pilgrimage, then you could say theres an issue, but as it stands if you want people to not comment on your beliefs and lifestyle choices then private your accounts.

:late: but in regards to Stephanie picking Sapphire as her name and it being extremely feminine, ironically, “Steph” is actually a unisex name and nickname (Short for Stephen and Stephanie). Stevie is also a nickname for both Stephanie and Steven.
She basically took the least unisex path by giving herself the name “Sapphire.” Even nickname versions (Saph and Sapphy) have feminine connotations. Plus, on tumblr especially people are more likely to associate it with Sappho and the term sapphic - so, lesbians.
Stephanie fucked up big time on trying to pick a unisex name - her actual name is closer than the one she picked - and it’s hilarious to me.

Somehow I doubt what you're doing qualifies as productive at all, Stephanie.

According to Satan, you are a sinner! Wooo lass! :story:Okay, anyone who doesn't believe in God or Satan (like your own dad) don't care of your imaginary friend frowns on their activities. Also Satanism was started as the personal philosophy or a cringey af edgelord and really doesn't mean much to anyone but cringey af edgelords.

Also yes, calling yourself a published author for releasing a book on a platform that was made to help people self publish is just.... Jesus, it's as pathetic as crying about your mom making you clean up your messes as a 30 year old woman.

thats exactly how I felt too when i thought I was nonbinary. I kept cycling through all these dumb microgenders and pronouns b/c I was constantly being told that it was normal to question my gender every other day and try out different genders like it was trying on different clothes. It made me into a completely insufferable person, until i grew out of it and stopped using tumblr as much and I realized these genders only exist on the internet and i was just trying to be special and wear these genders and shit like shiny accessories.

sapphire reminds me of myself from back then, and if i had never grown out of that phase I don’t think I’d be much different than her (which is a horrifying thought so I try not to think about it) . and it makes me kinda sympathetic but at the same time she’s 30, not a 14 year old that doesn’t know who they are yet, so she has no excuse at all.

Wow... Those first two posts are quite a lot to take in, let's dissect them for a second here...

Firstly, she says she is too disabled to work because she has PTSD and panic attacks... I'm sorry Steph, but those don't qualify you for disability. Plenty of people have panic attacks, and the PTSD that you supposedly have shouldn't keep you from working unless the event that triggers you is working in general.

Secondly, she wants us to believe that she's actively volunteering with a charity organization, which if she is, great! However, what does this work entail? Because according to what she says not even a full paragraph earlier, she's too disabled to work. You have to choose, Steph, it's either one or the other. You're not in some weird schrodinger scenario where you could simultaneously be working and too disabled to work.

Thirdly, yet again in the second ask she proves herself wrong about being too disabled to work, as apparently she is a successful writer and is working on a speech. Newsflash, Steph, even if you suck at writing it's still a job! Put that typing to use as a transcriber or some shit instead of angry tweeting at people who get your goat! She also mentions that she's seeing a lawyer to make sure she can get some money, which I'm sure she wouldn't even need a lawyer for if she actually applied for a job.

Lastly, I would like to point out the fact that she has considered running for office before which in itself is laughable, but still completely disproves the fact that she can't work if she was even legitimately considering it. Political campaigns take a lot of footwork and organizing, something that Steph would actually have to work to do. I don't think Steph understands how political campaigns work, because while yes you can hire a manager, you still need to be actually likable by the general public and she's already proven that she's abysmal at that.

"I HAVE A DEGREE"
That you don't use. That you didn't pay for yourself. "I'M A PUBLISHED AUTHOR". Anybody can self-publish. Anybody. No one's bought your drek unironically, and that doesn't mean you have a reason to sit on your ass in your parents' house at 30 making messes like a toddler. You can't even clean up after yourself.

>"disabled and not able to work"
>criticized at her ""job"", causing her to slurp hand sanitizer

???
"I'm disabled and can't work"
"I have a Master's degree, shitlord"
Apparently these disabilities have lasted longer than it took her to get her masters, so why does she have a master's but can't work? What's your logic Stephan? Only disabled when it's convenient to your interests, huh? Not to mention PTSD, achy hands, and anxiety aren't conditions that qualify for disability (y'know unable to work)
Autism? I can see that.
Severe muscular issues (fine motor movements don't count, plenty of jobs don't require them)? Sure.
Deformed heart valve? Yeah.
Side effects from severe prematurity? Mhm.
The thing is, purely learning disabilities and the like don't rake in tard bucks because you can work through them. You can work through dyslexia having someone read something to you. You can work through anxiety by taking medication, reducing hours, and taking a break when it gets too much. You can't work through having a fucked up heart that might explode if you bend wrong or a serious inability to function alone like with an autistic. And if it was really important to get tard bux, you'd hire a fucking lawyer to get your case re-evaluated, not just cast it to the side as a lost cause.

PTSD does qualify you for disability, if it impairs your ability to function even on meds/enough to need meds.

Staph doesn't have PTSD though, so she doesn't qualify.

Not to mention if she did, she acquired it pre-Master's and did just fine for eight years of school.
Bet she never thought lording it would come back to bite her in the ass about her bullshit claims.
