It’s amazing how a single person can have so much bad shit happen to them, and it somehow is never that persons fault. You’d think at some point that person would take a look at themselves and realize they might be part of the problem.
Right now, Phil is in panic mood hence his decision to shill out and do sponsored streams. This panic will begin to put even more stress on him causing him to get irritated and flustered way easier. It’s going to lead to an increase of saltiness and rage during streams that might get him in trouble.
Now full panic won’t set in until September. That’s when his last decent YT paycheck comes in I think. At that point, if he is still banned from Adsense, he is going to be a disheveled mess unless Autisim Mink, Lamb and Swagginz just start writing DSP checks made out to cash and mailing them to him every month.
Basically Phil needs to find a way to pull in at least an extra $2000 a month moving forward to offset YT revenue. This is where the paypigs come in but right now, a lot of them seem tapped out.
When your AdSense account gets suspended or banned your account is immediately frozen, Dave will not be getting any future payments from DSPGaming out of AdSense unless his account goes back into good standing somehow.
From what I've seen Google does not reverse AdSense bans for 'Invalid Click Activity', and they don't care about extenuating circumstances with regards to something they have deemed 'Invalid Click Activity'. If they see a metric that goes beyond certain thresholds it's done. Any amount of leeway leaves them increasingly vulnerable to scammers.
Edit: Also from what I've been looking at the average ad click rate is 0.5%, so on Dave's videos that get 300 to 500 views all it takes is 3 to 5 ad clicks before it's considered suspiciously elevated activity. If he's doing a JRPG playthrough getting 300 views per video and 6 of his sycophants are clicking on every ad, that's red flag levels of activity.
I've been seeing several people advise that you don't turn on monetization until you are getting several thousand views per video or closer to 10K so that 1 or 2 mis-clicks won't fuck your AdSense account. I haven't looked into it, but maybe Curse had enough total views they didn't even think to mention his 6 ad clicks per video were a rate Google would find suspicious, but as soon as he was out on his own the elevated click rate instantly triggered the shut down.
