We and ResetEra seem to agree that this guy is wrong for different reasons. We would say that RE is not open and accepting because it instantly bans anyone not toeing the party line, while ResetEra users in the thread are saying that this guy is wrong because the site is apparently a den of misogyny and racism.

Can be blatantly obvious....,ie "why don't woman have stand up urinals in their toilets...sitting down is submission"

It has to be logical only from a far left point of view.

A common criticism of fascism is that it is an inherently self-radicalizing and escalating ideology that will inevitably turn on its own as increasingly unstable people gain power. This is true, but what people fail to mention is that this applies just as well to the far-left as it does to the far-right, which is perfectly exemplified with that 'Era's Women Problem' thread.

Also, it seems like the mods realized how much of a shitshow the thread is, so SweetNicole edited the OP to add this:

So it's okay to not be interested in dating a transgender person, but only if it's for the right reasons? How do you plan on enforcing that? Because if a person is confronted with it, they'll invariable just say they're not interested in the person. Unless you feel like persecuting somebody for literal thought crime. Even if you want to call them "transphobic," so what? Nobody is obligated to date somebody, just as nobody has the "right" to be dated.

It's also 100% legitimate not to want to date a transgender person because of their gonads. These people seem to be operating that the surgery makes you indistinguishable from a member of the sex they're transitioning to, and that's simply not true. Ignoring that the surgery just gives a glorified wound for sir or relocated back flesh for lady, you can't reproduce with these people in any way, which is a major turn-off for a long-term relationship. So even your incredibly simplistic mindset isn't founded in reality.
