As is usual with Becky, I want to call bullshit on this. The email just looks like it was screencapped out of any old text editor, and the enthusiasm she has for writing off her adoptive parents is setting off alarm bells. I'm wondering if this is going to be her excuse for her adoptive parents finally telling her to fuck off.

If this is real, I'm going to hope that biodad is actually a deadbeat dad so she can't go back to her adoptive parents and is stuck with him.

This is a very good point for everyone to bear in mind. The one constant with Rebecca Gerber is that she lies. Some of these lies (like the autism one) have been going on for so long that we kind of assumed they were true until she slipped up looking for pity. I have been of the opinion for awhile that her "I'm adopted" crap is another longstanding lie and probably one of her earliest. After all, most kids at some point pretend they were adopted for one reason or another but they end up dropping it. Plus, Rebecca herself goes against it every time she tries to pull her ethnic minority card for asspats.

The part where she says she can't think of one true thing her adoptive family has ever told her is classic BPD. You're mad at someone? Everything they've ever done that's nice for you is irrelevant and they've always been abusive pathological liars!

And her mom and dad are trying to tell her not to speak to the guy. Everything adds up to "this guy is bad news."

I seriously wonder if it's a rape victim case, they often have the kids adopted out if they don't abort, and would explain her biomom moving to Florida so he didn't find out, as well as the family having no idea, and the reason her parents both might not have told her about her adoption situation and that they're forbidding contact now.

Imagine if Rebecca's poor biomom was a rape victim who moved to get away from the guy and specifically WANTED a family who would never tell their kid the truth: that she was conceived against her mother's will. Because she knew it'd fuck the kid up to know what the truth was, so she told the parents not to tell her she was adopted, and most of all never to let her contact her biodad even if he someday figured out he had a long-lost daughter somewhere.

I'm guessing daddy dearest is unemployed and some kind of leech, because you can guarantee that if he had any occupation with even a modicum of prestige or that was related to artistic talent or whatever, Becky would be all "my dad's an artist!" or "My dad's a doctor!"

This is Becky we're talking about here. She's not adverse to bending the truth (or outright snapping it in half), so we can trust that she'll make up some highfalutin' job or title for him...most likely Disney related, of course. I did notice in that photo of her "cover up" tattoo that it does look like she has some very faint horizontal scars, but they don't look like they were very deep and all look the same, so chances are she "self-harmed" once by cutting just deep enough to draw some blood and get some asspats but that was about it. Though it seems like she's outright saying it to them, which is just depressing. The guilt trips are probably them asking her to not just toss their family aside and them telling her that they raised her and that they love her while those people are strangers. And if there is a disowned cousin, which I doubt, that cousin might have been disowned for trying to start shit and the cousin telling Becky about her adoption was just one thing they did.

I love how she's just believing these randos who she doesn't even know. They could be lying about her birth mother or just be lying about everything. It's also possible that the agency lied to her parents about her birth mother and they just told her what they thought was the truth. Or maybe the truth is worse, because honestly, a teenage drug addict is a sympathetic story. Maybe the person who can top Becky's psychopath-esque behavior is her birth mother.
