(Honestly, I'd like her a lot better if she'd stuck to those guns instead of falling into line. She'd probably be off the internet today, but she also wouldn't look like Screech's stoner brother, so she'd have broken even at worst.)

Got to love the irony in that the yaoi stuff she's obsessed with makes the guys super feminine looking. She'd probably be closer to her fantasy life if she didn't put any testosterone into her body.

She was passing before the hormones. When she first popped up on Nash076's WTF is Wrong with You, I went back or forth several times trying to figure out if she was a woman.

The weirdest thing is the true first gen US anime fans were largely Star Trek type nerds who got hooked on giant robots and space opera. These poor guys wander into the anime and manga section of a bookstore today and they are like What the Fuck!?!

I couldn't remember what she looked like before the transition, so I did a quick Google search. Thanks to that, I have now discovered there is an entire wiki dedicated to feet with several images of her in it.

Someone already mentioned she looked like your typical nerd girl, but if you overlooked how lanky she was (I swear she had the physique of a vegan) she was one of the cuter nerd girls for having such average looks, and her energetic persona was a bit contagious (personally, I was a fan of the short opening and ending credit sequences of hers since it felt like she was parodying the show she was reviewing for that episode). If she wasn't such a crazy self-centered cunt, she'd just be this awkward, but otherwise nice girl you wouldn't have minded chatting with over coffee--an alternative if you weren't used to long-winded autistic discussions of your favorite Chinese cartoon/comic.

Who knows if her family is exactly as how she describes them, but it was a bit of a breath of fresh air that she was this country girl doing anime reviews (if she had started doing them while she was still in Kentucky, the footage really shows--her camerawork wasn't the best, but I enjoyed the outdoor shots at the least). When she abandoned that aspect about herself, she just got worse and less genuine and therefore lost what made Hope JesuOtaku. There's nothing impressive about saying there was potential in her as an anime reviewer, but there was potential in something, and she never pushed herself into improving herself.

Really, it's just so laughably ironic that Hope claimed Digimon meant so much to her, and yet she's the exact opposite of what Digimon had showcased about friendships, family, acceptance, and strengthening your weaknesses/regaining what you've lost about yourself.

Not sure if anyone's posted these yet, but I found some videos of Jacob injecting himself with hormones. I haven't been assed to watch more than a couple of minutes of one of them, but based on what I've seen, they're pretty cringy.

He also has a new Youtube channel, where he guesses where anime themes are from. He doesn't seem to realise that, the better you are at something like that, the more autistic you look.
