Why does he always go back to "Responsibility" when someone claps back at his behavior? Why does Jim Sterling owe him the "Responsibility" of letting Phil insult him without any response? Why are ReviewTechUSA or the Twitch affiliate from last night somehow being "Irresponsible" by presenting criticism to Phil in a way he doesn't agree with? Why does the world 'owe' Phil a public image that anyone watching 30 seconds of his stream would know is false?

Just tuned into Tevin's REEEstream to hear Phil holding court on feminism, black lives matter, me too and the rest. He's basically doing his best Boogie impression but he's way less eloquent and nowhere near a smooth enough operator to pull it off. I think it gave me a nosebleed.
