Do these "tard guards" even have a vetting process? How do they know if one among themselves isn't going to troll Chris?

The Christapo is pretty loosely connected and mostly consists of scrawny people just standing around Chris, it would be pretty easy to walk through and start some shit. I don't think they have a vetting system, but it might be on a "I don't know you, why are you here" basis. Right now it's just speculation on that, i'm sure a member of the Christapo is going to reveal his power level later and spill the beans.

So, this seems to be not only for Chris safety but also to make sure he doesn't act up. They put Chris in a special brony playpen. I've also read a few threads on brony forums where security has been warned about the threat he made and removed a while back.

Not worried about "Acting up" as in breaking con rules, or anything.

They're worried about someone saying "I just told con staff that you groped someone. You're gonna get banned!" and having him start crying and curling up on the floor again...

The cons aren't worried about people going after Chris. Okay, they are just a little, but they're probably more worried about Chris causing another scene like TMG. Bronycon has literally been flooded with Chris' antics and warnings from Hirtes and others.

That's pretty much what I was trying to relay from my contact, but I think I worded it poorly.

It's not like a swole patrol bodyblocking everyone around Chris. It's a small group of people he's met and gotten along with walking around with him and steering him away from some people.

Chris is still fully able to go where he wants, talk to people, look at art, see panels, ect. And people are still able to approach to ask for selfies with him, say hi, ect.

But if people walk up asking about dimensional travelling, trolls, or the Too Many Games drama, they steer Chris away.
