Amber constantly claims she hates or is allergic to certain foods, including ones she eats on camera in the same video. Her infamous purported allergy to eggs [/æïggz/] is a good example. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to this habit.
No she just has these stupid childish habits where it's kind of like, if she got caught with her hand in the cookie jar she would say "No I dont even like cookies, I was just putting them back!" And thinks people are gonna believe it.
She has this weird mental step where she has certain foods that are "bad" and they typically are fad-diet-no-no-foods, so she relates them with being fat people foods.
She refuses to use olive oil when she cooks because it's SO many calories, but she'll get double dressing on a salad since salads are healthy.
Bacon is SO bad for you and she doesnt even like it, it's so greasy and she doesnt know how to cook it, but this pre cooked bacon is okay and look it's not even greasy (when it's actually probably worse for you).
Oh my god, butter is like the most fat person thing you could eat, so when I get the mega-jumbo tub of popcorn when we go to see movies, I specifically get it dry (with that butter flavored salt).
Fruit has so much sugar, it's basically candy (true, but it's better for you than ACTUAL candy because it also has nutrients).
Egg yolks are so bad for your heart because of how much cholesterol is in them, so she uses the whites, unless the eggs are scrambled, which we all know removes the cholesterol by flinging it out when you mix the eggs up.
Pretty much the only diet fad she hasn't picked up and subsequently mentally worked around is the one where youre not supposed to eat refined carbs, you need whole grain variants, and she on-and-off tries to do, but when she doesnt, she probably reasons with herself that it's not so bad as long as she doesnt put sauce on it because that's where the real calories come from.
The queen of moderation obviously overlooks that none of that shit really is an issue if you actually, you know, use it in moderation.
