Welp. That explains why I didn't see a connection.

Did Phil say outright he thought notallmiketea was a troll? He was cheering 500 at a time. That's $5 every time that Twitch puts directly into Phil's paypal. Typically the route is 25 bits like dspislife was doing, or to do Paypal donations that can be disputed. I heard Phil say he doesn't want "derailing questions" while he was trying to quickly finish Persona 5. He was giving grumpy little replies to all the coins with questions attached. So I'm gonna have to disagree with The Outsyder.

Do you know why Npbsmith2 was banned? (He's not on the Cheer Leaderboard, so he must have sent Phil a Paypal donation. I'm guessing he won't be getting that $25 now.)

I retract my previous statement about notallmiketea. He gave Phil 2,445 bits and annoyed him the entire night. I don't think he was a troll, just very stupid.

I have never seen anyone like Phil, what he did tonight was so ridiculous and so insane that I’m still in disbelief. He has no life; he streams most of his days, and then he drinks gin and argues with people on Twitter while watching shit on Netflix. He, “didn’t have time,” to finish the game which would have taken 20 minutes, tops. Like, what do you have in your life that is so fucking important? You eat dinner between your streams, and have absolutely NOTHING to do after the night stream. I will just never understand why he did what he did.

Also, I’m behind SecretLife 100%. Phil is a rare specimen; I enjoy watching him fail and embarrass himself on a daily basis, but we all need to admit it... He does NOT deserve to be on Twitch and making money from naive children. He doesn’t deserve to be able to get people like BSV and Tevin banned from Twitch (and I don’t care what you say, he was in his stream chat super late at night whispering with guys from the boys club, and Tevin is suddenly banned). He takes advantage of fellow lolcow Sidella, which whether you think it’s true or not, he’s mentally retarded and Phil uses him. That’s not right in any way, shape or form.

To Reeeeeee it doesn't even matter at this point , phil is a roach an entertaining one at that he may get kicked off of twitch which would be hilarious to watch or he may not which is even more hilarious cuz now we will watch nervousSydePhil more often , you know what i mean ? if you treat phil as a human bean it would get sad the solution is to think of him as a living meme reality show and enjoy the ride bruh every second of his content is borrowed time so its a gift that we got to witness this anomaly so why not just sit back and enjoy ourselves .

We probably all agree that Twitch's new TOS, if implemented into reality, just sanitize the platform into a boring shell of what it was. That model will likely damage their own bottom line in the long run. Time will tell, & there's always another innovator waiting to strike when the iron is hot.

If King Nothing gets booted from Twitch because of some organized effort to capitalize on these faggy snowflake TOS, it will be hilarious & satisfying.

If Twitch gives him the fat kid boot because of his own spergulating & derpy self-sabotage, independent of any organized efforts, it will be hilarious & satisfying.

If nothing happens, we still have the human trashfire that inspired this impressively vast subforum. Which, although predisposed to long bouts of boring, always eventually pays off in random instances of hilarious & satisfying.

All scenarios result in the same thing: the man-brat pitches public tantrum about perceived slight, shits himself on camera & harpy-shrieks out an entire Choose Your Own Adventure book where none of the endings name him as the culprit. And it will be hilarious & satisfying.

The way I see it, there's really no downside to any possible outcome if you're just here to laugh at this dumb cunt.

Not only did they remove the puppet emote, but we also received a 24 hour suspension for "harassment" because we laughed at the fact that someone gifted Dave a sub to our channel and we thought it was funny that he would have to see the puppet emote all the time.

The whole situation is ridiculous, and the more Twitch pampers Phil and changes his shitty diapers and boots people for every insignificant thing, the more they look like hypocrites and charlatans. It’s unimaginable that Phil get to stay with them, as a fucking PARTNER no less. His streams consist of an hour long beg-a-thon, 2 hours of vapid, empty gameplay and commentary, followed by a small break and then repeat the cycle. Continuously he remains the most toxic and disrespectful individual on the platform... The thing that makes me the most angry is the way he talks to his own fans, these naive children who throw money at him as if he were a low class whore in a dingy strip joint off the highway. He is so fucking condescending and disrespectful to the people who support his lazy ass and I don’t know why, but every time he gives a smug, smarmy reply to a genuine question or the slightest comment, it ignites this fire deep inside that I have no explanation for.

If Twitch continues to turn a blind eye, there’s no hope for the platform and I feel like a genuine boycott should be a thing.

But that’s just my exceptional opinion.

If Phil really gets the paddle because of this one tweet I will start big doubts in their abilities. Sure, it's a great tweet, I applaud. However everything a lot there was taken out of context (seriously), it was too short. But this tweet was more like a wake up call, the real research has to be done by Twitch no matter what. If you put his escapades back in context at least 80% of the shown khantent is absolutely valid to be criticized.
It also shows greatly how a lot of people have problems with the piggy, they don't accept a streamer like that on this platform. Like a street demonstration, they don't have to bring the prove, just the cheap colorful signs.

But if something will happen, Phil will spin it like Twitch did no research and just believed a group of mentally dumb fucks who want to destroy his business. Because I prefer a Piggy, easy to read.

(btw, I do think there is a problem for Twitch in regards of credibility when the source of the "demonstration" is someone named "SecretLifeOfDSP")

Okay I went a bit overboard with "everything was out of context" you're right.
But some clips have to be seen in full length to understand. Let's assume we both don't know the original video, the pimp slap accident. We don't know what happened in between what the fox girl said and what Phil said. Has he just red a message that claims that? Has he maybe said before "I will now make a joke this is not being taken seriously?". Was this even referred to this girl or another girl who said something completely different to him?
It's easy for us to jump up and point fingers but uninformed people (including the Twitch staff) need to do their research. It's dangerous to hop on people cuz apparently they said something real bad and evil and should be punished, you know what I mean? That's why I hope Twitch do their own research to confirm his actions.

I don't like twitch, and I don't like phil. One banned me because of the other. And I got no respect for either of them. If phil got permabanned to me that would be a divorce made in heaven. The thing I find funny with this snowflake campaign against phil is as follows. The people spearheading it are mostly someone with a name or persona that is a derivative of his name or persona. A parody of phil if you will. And some of these characters even have twitch accounts and stream themselves. If successful and they manage to disenfranchise phil. There will be a blowback of epic proportions. To me it almost look like a suicide run. You can't capitalize on phil and ruin him at the same time. it's M.A.D. The new Twich TOS assures that behavior outside of twitch also is a factor. And even though the harrasment of phil is funny. I have a feeling that they will sanitize not only phil, but people that parody him as well.
If they don't allow his normal life I don't think they will make an exception for his secret life. Or a parody of his life. I think even the TXT version will have an issue.

I think a misconception is that I try to defend phil, Honestly I wish i just could shut up about it. But i find it so ridiculous that I can't help myself. That campaign against him is maybe the stupidest idea from a detractor ever. I hope for secret life and the other parties involved that it fails. If it actually lights the fuse. I imagine it to be a scene from Goutrunner and Wil-e coyote.
