TL;DR: People found the dev discord through their website, got on there and let them know Phil was doing the bounty and all the shit associated with him, and the devs are trying to get the bounty blocked. Though they're not sure if they'll be able to.
Its money for shillingthe bounty for what game? I missed the whole stream was it we happy few? and what exactly was the bounty
edit- saw elo hell. but couldnt find what the bounty thing was about

Dave would have to stop the stream and wait for it to archive then start the stream up again to record footage he could use to 'double dip' ( his words ) via YouTube monetization. Twitch does not allow their Bounty Program Sponsored streams to be posted on other sites. Hence Dave's inability to 'Double Dip' as he said during the 1st stream. 1st stream is ~ 4hours long. The Twitch Bounty Program requires the streamer to stream the chosen game for at least one hour. Dave's 2nd stream is only two hours long, while his 1st stream is four hours long. Granted, he only played Elo Hell for an hour tonight, ending his stream early as a result. No matter how often I read that, I fail to discover the argument. Why does he need to stop the stream to change a game? He don't need to. Stop game, change stream title, start another game. And why is it a hassle to restart a stream which takes around 5 seconds?
I don't understand and somehow I feel stupid for not getting it!

It's Phil, "working" 7+ hours for him (with breaks and lunch) is a marathon.View attachment 518718
Phil normally starts at 1:15 PM EST (10:15 AM PST) and ends at 7 PM EST (4 PM PST). How is going for an hour longer, which will still include a 1-1.5 hour prestream and at least one 20 minute break, a marathon?
I'll certainly be keeping an eye on twitter tonight. I can't imagine he's taking this developer stuff well, and we've seen what his 4AM gin fueled rants can become. He's got some serious material to work with tonight.
I feel like Swagginz and co have been throwing ridiculous amounts at Phil for a few months now. At what point do they just go from whales inflating the figures with anomalous spending to a reliable source of income?Unless he gets outright denied, you probably won't get much.

This transparent tweet is due, naturally, to the fact that Phil got somewhere in the ballpark of $350-400 today, not including whatever bounty he may or may not get from the sponsored game. This includes a $100 cheer from Swagginz and a $100 tip from FallenProductions, so a couple of whale dumps are inflating the number a bit.
He can; he's done it longer with active trolls and people in chat fucking with him in the Twitch stream where he didn't have to honk and snort at all for like five hours. He'll get visibly angry, but he can choose to hold in his disgusting nature long enough for one stream. It's actually probably his most disgusting trait; that he actually can come close to acting like a human being when his easy money train is on the line.No way in hell fakesydephil can last through this entire game

It has been an obvious plan for months to get either a 4k TV or pro sent to him so he can then go buy the other. You know he doesn't want to pay for either, but he only needs one to sell getting the other during his millionth financial crisis. Funny thing is his fans wouldn't give a shit if he showed up on stream with both today, so he is really doing this as an excuse for when those evil detractors call him out.
The funny thing with this is the stream quality wouldn't improve, because his capture card obviously can't record the fabled 4k. It's similar to Shoenice's begging for improved camera etc. But in this case DSP is out just looking for improvement for his own setup, fuck the fans.It has been an obvious plan for months to get either a 4k TV or pro sent to him so he can then go buy the other. 1. The TV will be bigger than whatever shit he has right now, so he can probably be able to at least see what's going on in games rather than him dying to very obvious things. It's common knowledge that he doesn't play any games off-stream either, so having a 4k TV to play his Pro on is entirely pointless.

2. Another theory is that he'll just put the TV in his living room so he can watch Netflix in 4k instead of playing games. He clearly values watching Netflix and other stuff more than videogames so naturally he'll put that as priority.
So having a 4k TV is not entirely pointless, at least for Phil.
