I think it's a little more subtle with this guy. This guy is a hardcore trailer trash redneck. Like, he'd be regardless, but he cements his pedigree by being a floridaman.

That's just minimum body fat. Even if he'd never worked out a day in his life they'd still appear well-defined if you're as skinny as he is because there's practically nothing between his muscles and his skin. That's where the phrase "biceps come from the gym, abs come from the kitchen" comes from. There's people out there who can do situps with 100 pounds strapped to their chest and still don't have 6-pack abs.

If it was a one time thing it would probably hurt like fucking hell. Someone mentioned cervix punching and that's no joke.
