Really depends on how you define child abuse. It is not normal for kids to know what Special K is or that you are meant to snort it. It wasn't even a cartoon snort, it was a snort off the knuckles - how does this kid know what a realistic depiction of snorting ketamine looks like?

Seems off to me.

I think it’s definitely suspicious
I didn’t even know you snorted that and I’m an adult. My only exposure is seeing it shilled as infusions at my doctors clinic. I guess he could be seeing it in movies or tv, but that’s also something he probably shouldn’t be watching at his age.

I guess I am going off my own self, by the age of 10 I knew just about every illegal drug there was, how it was taken, and what it did. I had uncles that smoked hash oil, but that was about the extent of my family exposure to drugs. I was just very interested in the concept of drugs and how they effected the mind and body even at that age. I grew up fine, and I guess I don't consider knowledge of drugs to be harmful in and of itself.

Now if the kid shows up with track marks or shows mental effects of drug abuse that's an ENTIRELY different matter.

Here's another article about Desmond, tying him to a bunch of creepy sex deviants who are his "fans" (as in they like to jack off to his Instagram photos). Dressing up in crazy costumes isn't necessarily such a dangerous thing for a kid, but this kid's parents are pimping him out as a pedo sex fantasy and seemingly letting him hang out at drag cubs with random adult creeps.
