What SJWs like Bob are is that they don't give a shit about the people they represent. They just want them there so they can profit off of it. For example, if this were 1993, Bob and the other SJWs would be bitching that Antonio Banderas wasn't the lawyer with AIDS in Philadelphia and how he was played by a straight guy in Tom Hanks, or how their aren't enough black trans women in nu-metal bands.

There is no direct reveal that Rusty and the Monarch are brothers or half-brothers or that Jonas is the Monarch's biological father. Just strong implications of stuff they've been hinting at subtly since we saw a picture of Jonas and the Fitzcarraldos with Jonas's hand on Mrs. Fitzcarraldo's arm. But they're still being very coy about what that relationship really is, which I don't think they'd do if they didn't have something else planned.
But then, expecting Bob to be capable of sussing out the nuances of a show that's been running 14 years and demands an uncommon level of attention to detail is
in the extreme.

I suspect that most of them believe that they are the victims of a small group of people skilled at looking bigger than they are.
At some point they will abruptly realize they are not facing Gamergate. They are facing their target audience.

How is it that game journalists are so crap?
Big surprise, I like space history. And there's plenty of space journalists who do an amazing job. Offhand, I can't think of any space history content as hilariously awful as game journalist content. The worst I can think of is The Right Stuff, and overall that's head and shoulders above game journalism.

Most games journalists:
1. Aren't interested in games now
2. Haven't historically been interested in games
3. Resort to games journalism as a last resort because they can't conceal their toxic personalities long enough to make it in other kinds of journalism (which is really saying something)

Well that's an easy one. It's because they're mainly centralized in bastions of intolerance like San Francisco and LA. The 'good journalists' you speak of people have much more 'diversity' when it comes to where they live.

What does he mean they never explained what Negaduck was? He is Darkwing Ducks counterpart from a parallell dimension where everbody's personalities were reversed, the villains were good guys, Gosalyn was a goody-two-shoes and Darkwing was a bloodthirsty psychopath supervillain.
From what I recall they spent several episodes explaining who Negaduck is and where he came from.
Is this what it feels like to be a comic fan and see Bob acting like an expert on stories he hasn't read?

When I was a kid it was Transformers, GI Joe, and Denis the Menace before school and Thundercats, Real Ghostbusters, TMNT, and DUCKTALES after school later came Loony Tunes, Rescue Rangers, and Talespin so I watched Ducktales every week day. But Jesus if I have a twitter no slash that any debate about Ducktales now please god take me because I've wasted my life.
