You see the threat is online stalking and harassment. Which means the perp has a pattern he works in.
He pretends to be other people
He speaks of himself in the 3rd person.
He uses lowercase accounts on many social media sites.
He likes to speak his threats in the 3rd person cause for some reason he thinks no one will believe it's him. But he also wants to terrorize people with his "power" and "evil" so he has to put his name with the death threat cause he wants to own it. One time is sufficient to show a crime, however, "harvey" has done it twice now.
He has a severe insecurity complex so he likes to use celebrity names to hunt his new online victims. He gets tired of the usual model/actress hook up and he's looking for that diamond that will validate him to the whole world.
However, when that one elusive woman continues to reject him, he goes into an emotional tailspin. That's when he hacks stalks and breaks into devices looking for anything to humiliate the person who's rejected him. He begins to contact their jobs and family members to establish a fake neurosis when in fact, the truth is that the woman finds him repulsive.
He also increases his violence to the women around him, like his wife who he knows hates him and only wants him for his money.
So he'll continue this pattern hoping he can change the woman's mind to like him not knowing that the more he harasses her, the bigger the paper trail he leaves and more of the same pattern of stalking behavior.
He also employs a team of like minded fools to aid him in his quest for evil. Like Katy, who she herself did the same thing to Taylor Swift.

He really believes that he is going to beat the rape wrap and go right back to his deviant ways. He laughed when they booked him last May. He can't ever let go of a 'beatdown' cause that means he loses. He has no idea that continuing this makes him look more and more like a criminal.
