Funny thing in the UK you get a Suppressor added to your FAC as standard if you happen to not get it is considered extremely odd - the logic is your using a gun for hunting so it makes more sense to have it and also not disturb as many people when you loose off a round. When I was training as a Gamekeeper my main Rifle was a sporterised Enfield no4 that had been rechamberd for 7.62 nato by the MOD before it was sold (I think 20k of them where converted as a stop gap / for export but a load made it into private ownership from Surplus MOD stock) and that was threaded for a suppressor but I don't own one for it.

Phils mental abillitys are odd, he is rigid in others jelly in some and downright fluid in others - Put it this way I have rewritten the Phil and... Mental development Thread 5 or 6 times, in some really key areas you could build a castle on how rock solid he is and in others he changes and some will change if given enough will to do so. But some of those areas overlap such as identity some aspects are rock solid and so well formed you can define them well but others change moment to moment but those are areas of normal personality that are normally "Fixed" by the time someone passes through puberty so just when I think I have gone through the core of the Onion he develops a new festish (I mean this in a non sexual definition of the word) or goes back to something he has touched on in the past.

There is a old saying - "If you want to know a man you need to know three things, His to do list, His reading list and his Workbench / Desk" if you want to know what Phil is currently thinking about you just need to look as what he is sketching some things remain fixed, but how he augments them is telling and as I have said before when he posts more of his art you can work out what's on his mind and where he currently is, Normal people tend to draw escapist art when stressed phill doesnt he focuses on things he knows and thinks he understands, when he isn't stressed he can dedicate more processing power to what passes for his imagination so things become less focused. But no mater his emotional state you can given an informed reading of his art work out exactly what's on his brian as he draws or includes in his art you can clearly see exactly what he's thinking about.

Yeah but take them with a grain of salt because I don't have any physical evidence (Haven't really cared enough to track this guy). He wasn't NEARLY as bad as he is now, I would have never suspected THIS I thought maybe he had grown out of his ways a bit. Pretty much he was just a manchild who used DeviantArt to complain about people not accepting his sexual orientation which seemed to change weekly. He constantly revolved his life around the cosplay he was going to do next, I totally understand cosplay enthusiasts (I like horror movie cosplay like F13-Halloween so I can kinda get anime cosplayers) however he was borderline obsessed. All day and all night (Whether it was a journal post or a comment on somebody else's profile) he wouldn't shut the fuck up about cosplay ideas he had. And then when he'd finally get a few peoples interest he'd actually DO the cosplay and it would look like absolute shit and everybody genuinely interested (Except for his severely autistic friend that liked everything he did like a cult follower) would tune out and not give him a second chance.

He also had very strange political ideas, his delusional and purely hate filled political standpoint was a mix between communism and being a fucking nazi. He constantly would post pictures of himself (Or a character he liked) killing REAL political figures and he also had autistic obsessions with everyday objects he would draw, for example street signs, I believe ceiling fans and just mundane shit in general he'd make sure to draw constantly for like a week. He'd also start arguments over his political agenda with everybody, I was a casual user of DeviantArt because I loved genuinely good video game art but I tuned in to his page all the time and he was constantly starting fights with 13 year old girls, mothers, etc (He'd have no reservations calling a 13 year old girl a fucking whore).

My favorite story personally is when I think he tried to poor man's copyright (Essentially you send a letter to yourself with proof inside of your idea, then the postal service stamps it and sends it to you with a date which is proof apparently in court that your idea came first, but I don't believe it holds any real legal bearings) a shitty character of his and he acted all high and mighty about it, but then a bunch of people told him that a poor man's copyright is stupid and doesn't hold up in court. Phil then started calling everyone a fucking bitch, stupid asshole, etc. Then he deleted his rampage as to hide the embarrassment that nobody was impressed with what he had done. Around this time he was struggling to maintain a friendship I believe as well and it was over some ridiculous shit no 20+ year old human beings should get upset over.

He would threaten over very little, if you didn't like his drawings he would threaten your life (Which isn't very scary considering the source material). Followers of his page at the time assumed he was either going to commit a very shitty and poorly planned school shooting or would be stunted like he was for eternity. Looks like option B happened.

But back in the day I wouldn't have assumed he was retarded if I had seen him in real life. He just looked like a fat nerd in his early 20's that lived with his mom and probably didn't smell great. Nowadays if I saw him in public I would stay far away for fear that he'd try to mug me or molest me (I'm a small man as well, Phil I think is a very large man). He's obviously an unpredictable psychopathic attention whore with an affinity for guns and violence to those that disagree with him. I have heard a few horror stories about him as well. I'm guessing he just talks a big game though and never actually does anything as he seems to be really fascinated with being considered a public nuisance/terrorist when in reality if he was a terrorist in any way shape or form he'd be in prison.
