I don't know. Part of me utterly hates that these goofs are subsidized by taxpayers, but on the other hand they may be too deranged to work in the private sector. Perhaps some gubmint social worker gig or nonprofit shit.

Union rules, I am not joking back in the 50/60's if a union thought they where over producing, or if they where trying to avoid layoffs they used to do this. Unions serve a point but are really open to abuse and where abused for such a long time that's why they are currently at there lowest membership rate ever and the enthusiasm for them is drastically low.
