The engagement is probably real. I looked at Eevee's tweet regarding the engagement again and it's a ton of people replying "Congratulations" and it's kinda sick.

But it's just more throwing Marl under the bus.

There's not really a good term for "I'm attracted to feminine people" yet so it's easier to just go with gay if you're female and your partner is a nonbinary female. That's my take on it anyway
I would've thought it was "straight" if you're a guy, and "gay" if you're female.

So eevee's straight.

I did bring up the "which state are they fleeing to?" discussion from months ago, after we discovered the trio was staying with Marl's family. So New Mexico was mentioned recently. But it's odd that she felt it worth mentioning. Especially since that speculation revolved around which states bestiality laws had not yet been enacted in. Her mentioning of it doesn't necessarily say to me that they are heading for NM, but it does give me the feeling that they took that into account when they suddenly moved. That, or perhaps statutory rape laws, which I have yet to look up.

What I can talk about is how the discord was. So like, there was this sort very strict controlling of information. Obviously, they phrased it differently. You had to be there for a week to get porn channel privileges, posting every day. After which they manually gave you the role.
The way it was run was absolutely sketch. The "1 week before you can ask for NSFW" is obviously meant to keep spies out. It's unspoken that if you were to ask after exactly 1 week, unless you did a whole lot of chatting in that time, no one's going to trust you.

However. The "vent" channels were kept behind the NSFW wall. "For maturity reasons." Also, it was often discussed whether people found NSFW or SFW Floraverse first. A significant portion of people said they found ForFlor first. So, you have what might be people's primary exposure to Flora, AND a commonly used channel type by all ages, behind an Adult wall. This incentivizes people to lie about their age. Partly because of the access to certain discussions, but also the idea of maturity being tied to that role. And what do mods have to go off of anyway? Your word? How "your speech patterns can say alot about you?"

The NSFW gating was not about appropriate age, it was about seeing who they could trust not to blab or turn on them. It was about loyalty.

Digging back up my screencaps from before the discord purge to add to my statements.

Strange thinking it's been nearly five months since the logs were leaked. Hopefully there's still a chance for Marl to have to pay up for his behavior. I don't know if there's anything mindblowing that's being dug up behind the scenes, but I hope at least the 2012 chat logs have already been handed over from Google and some real legal action comes of it.

I'm not sure how relevant this is to the current topic at hand, but I just saw this thread and realized I knew LexyEevee fairly well in the late '90s and early '00s. When I first encountered him, he was going by "Alexy"; I don't think he adopted the LexyEevee moniker until around 2001 or 2002.

To avoid doxing myself, I won't go into a ton of detail about how we met (we knew each other well, but we weren't friends and strongly disliked each other), but his first online community was the #animorphs channel on Espernet, which he's mentioned in passing a few years ago. Espernet was a fairly small IRC network at the time with a significant furry population, but not in the sense that there were overtly furry communities - it simply had a large number of users who happened to be furries.

Espernet also had a large number of underage users who existed alongside the adult user base. #animorphs was one of the channels that was almost exclusively underage, but due to the small size of Espernet, there was a lot of cross-pollination between channels. As a result, many pre-teen and teenage #animorphs users were exposed to #agnph and its less wholesome members when the latter channel was founded in (I believe) 1999 as an offshoot of the original alt.games.nintendo.pokemon.hentai newsgroup.

As both AGNPH and #agnph (the newsgroup and IRC channel, respectively) grew in popularity, the communities started to attract older furries, some of whom were openly pedophilic. The combination of sexually curious minors and deviant adults led to the kind of sexually-charged environment that, being the early '00s, managed to fly under the radar of both parents and law enforcement. Many of the underage users of #animorphs also came from unstable families with negligent or absent parents, perfect targets for sexual predators.

It wasn't uncommon for teens of any age or gender to be solicited by adults three or four times their age (and also fellow teens) for cybering, trading nudes, or meeting in person for sex. Off the top of my head, I can think of at least a dozen former friends and acquaintances who ended up in some sort of real-life sexual relationship with another Espernet user; however, these were almost always between either two teens supervised by their confused parents, or between two legal and consenting adults. The only exception to this of which I have first-hand knowledge is what happened to LexyEevee.

Alexy was a cautionary tale on what can happen when kids are allowed to use the internet without supervision. As I recall, he was 11 or 12 when he started getting propositioned by older men, first cybering with older teens, then trading photos. I don't know the exact path he took after this, but he apparently got involved with some predatory adults; whether this was on Espernet or another community, I can't recall, but I do know that he somehow convinced his parents to let him go to his first furry convention when he was 13 or 14.

Either his parents let him go by himself or didn't supervise him at all, because by the end of the first day of the convention, he had engaged in unprotected anal sex several times with multiple adult partners. He later distributed photos of himself that one of said partners took in a hotel room; the photos depict Alexy fully naked and copulating with a Charmander plushie.

The point of this story is to shed some light on why LexyEevee seems so nonchalant about his support of pedophilia and child pornography. It becomes a bit less surprising when set against the backdrop of his own sexual history. (It should go without saying that none of this excuses his abhorrent behavior - I'm just providing some background that I haven't seen elsewhere in this thread.)

I guess that makes Eevee bi after all. It's not at all surprising, though, given their behaviors, that both Eevee and Glitchedpuppet were involved in unhealthy relationships far out of their mental scopes. I'm not at all surprised that neither can come to consider what they're doing is wrong.

That is to say, they are aware that it's considered socially improper, but their attempts to cover it up are because they don't personally see anything wrong with it. They don't want to deal with those conflicting ideals in public, but I think they need to. I'm not going to sit here and be that person lacking in self awareness to dare suggest Bigfluff is a victim while Eevee isn't. Going by your story, Eevee was raped, multiple times, as a child, and he stuck to the same community that sheltered his rapists. His parents neglected to do much for his wellbeing in an age where the internet was still more untamed than it currently is, and his development as an adult is very clearly heavily influenced by his sexual encounters.

But, not going into detail myself, other people have been sexually abused as children and still come to terms with what happened and how it is not okay. If Eevee has dealt with what's happened to him in a way that brings him no mental upset, that's fine: He doesn't have the right to dismiss others or attempt to cover up for sexual abuse just because his own issues were resolved in a manner that didn't see anybody punished.

I can chime in on this topic- I remember Eevee used to talk about his hyper-sexual teenage years in the PMDE IRC. He used the phrase "crossing swords" to refer to the tons of casual gay sex he had. Don't think he ever mentioned how young he was at the time, but he was certainly underage.

The shortest answer that can be offered to this question of eevee, is simply: Because PK made it about consent, without knowing how to properly show it, instead of admitting to the rapey nature of the comic.

Unlike most furry porn artists who depict rapey situations, they do not have a SFW comic that ties into the happenings and has the characters interact as if the rape never happened. Also, most furry porn artists know that what they are showing and (most) wouldn't deny it.
It is really that simple.

Alone the comic showing two young tigers having sex in a brothel, with one clearly not enjoying it and the other not stopping but instead suggesting to do something else sexual, then to jack off in front of said other tiger that dislikes sexual activity and ask to go ask if they want to get some ice cream, shows a clear detachment from reality. Yet it is portrayed as a healthy and "good" representation of asexuality and young sex, which it just is not.
Asking the other multiple times if they are okay with something, does not always equal consent. If your partner appears frustrated and uncomfortable, you need to stop on your own.

tl;dr, the fact I have to spell this out for eevee, shows me that even he has no clue about what consent means, or standing to what you do.

The person he went to the furcon to meet and fuck was confirmed dog rapist and pedophile, Kupok. Here's an old post about it:
In 2003 when Eevee was 16 and under age, a mid 20s furry called "kupok" invited him to a furry convention in order to have sex with him.

Eevee did not tell his parents where he was going or what he was doing and the police were called.

Kupok wrote an account of what happened in his live journal:

Perhaps that experience is why eevee defends possession of child porn.
Hulex was also there and underage:

This new info about Eevee getting statutory raped as a barely-teen - at a fuckin' furry convention, no less - really makes me wish I had the horrifying rating. This seems like it might be worse than what PK went through as a kid, since we know she's an unreliable narrator but there are others who can confirm Eevee was groomed and raped.

I don't feel any sympathy when Eevee does stupid shit now and gets called out for it, but this... I feel bad that this happened to him.

Well, that sheds some awful, awful new light onto this.
"If everyone on earth decided my discomfort overrode the words I say, I would never have had sex, ever."

Translation: "My first sexual experience was coerced."

Eevee. That's not good. That's not healthy. That's not normal.

Bonus points for him adding all the other stuff, the "I never would have done all these cool fun things!" That's good, likening coerced sex to going on a scary amusement park ride. He really did get fucked up and groomed. Wow. I'd feel bad if he wasn't scum.
