Unless you're one of the concept artists/designers or background artists you're not going to be drawing much original stuff. One of the most important skills for an animator to have is the ability to copy other people's styles, but I'm not sure how well she can do that. Jason's the biggest liability since he has absolutely no specialized skills whatsoever.
