It is quite possible that his accent is faked to an extent and that he puts it on to seem more professional. I have noticed in some streams where he is drunk and has his guard down completely he speaks faster and has a higher pitched voice but that could just be because he is drunk.

Perhaps but it is certainly a received pronunciation accent given that he grew up on airbases outside of England.
