I think part of the appeal in sketches is that they aren't absolute pieces. They're messy, rough, with lots of unfilled in details. It lets your mind fill in the blanks, and oftentimes what your mind fills in is a lot better than the quality of final work the artist can put out.

This is the same reason people find old, blurry retro graphics to be appealing. Your imagination is more powerful than any form a rendering engine can put out.

Sorry... never got to subscribing there. Considering the effort she puts into her porn art compared to her SFW art... it's probably atrocious. Though they'll eventually be posted on her site in due time. So we'll have to wait like normies, but NSFW is where she shows her true colors.

As a professional artist

i can 100% guarantee you that sketches meant for presentation should have a lot more detail and time put into them than this even if your art is more stylized and less realistic. Whether youre in the industry or a freelancer online its never in your best interest to post your worst sketches or your warm ups because the quality differs so much. In Glips case, theres not as big a gap between what her sketches and final pieces end up looking like, but you can tell the quality has fallen significantly. Its not so much that shes letting the viewers "fill in the blanks" as it is just her being a lazy POS and throwing these out as proof shes still relevant and doing Just Fine. Why else would she only be doing sketches and not posting any new digital content with color? She's worn out from this lol.

EDIT: To add on, all of the lines she uses for these sketches are all the same thickness, theres no line variation so the art looks very flat, your eyes get lost and its harder to make out forms because of this. Her attempt to fix that through hatching shading is pretty futile because its so rushed and unpolished, even for sketch standards. These look like 5 minute drawing challenges more than finished sketches.
